So today I pushed myself to do it but after the work was done the motor was running 2 minutes and stopped again and again. I texted Vincent for help and after several exchanges of texts and pictures he suggested that it was a problem with the voltage. I was sure that my timer was on 110 !! After checking , sure enough it was 250 V... so I put back the switch of the motor to 220 and voila it worked !! We have an older pool that began losing water and needed a professional. We called George in the…read moremorning and he came to look at the pool four hours later! Polite, professional, on time and knowledgeable; all things that a a rarity in the south Florida market. He detected an external leak at the fountain feature and recommended someone to fix it. But in the meantime the pool kept losing water even though the fountain had been turned off. George came back out two days later, dove into the pool for more tests and used sonic technology on the paver deck to locate a leak in the old main drain rubber hose. He was careful not to disturb any pavers that were not absolutely necessary to move. He also put in a temporary plug to stop the leaking until the pipe could be repaired. Best of all, I thought that because he came back twice he would charge again, but he did it all for the same $350. If you have a leak, do not hesitate to call Poseidon!

This Start Pool Cleaner showed up when I was not present, let himself in through the side gate, without any prior announcement, and proceeded to do the cleaning without ever being asked to do so. I found out two months later that I owed them for cleanings that were never agreed to, and the owner came and changed my filter without my presence, which might have been better had he made it known in advance the actual day and time so that I could be there to pay attention to it. I paid another pool service the same two months, so I was double charged by Star even though I did not sign any contracts, or even meet them in person.
