Our project remains incomplete, and we have experienced significant delays, poor communication, and concerns regarding workmanship. Over the course of this project, I have made multiple attempts to contact management, including Steve Mileski and Zach Zervaski, but my calls and messages have gone unanswered. The lack of communication and accountability has been frustrating and has made resolving issues very difficult. I am still hoping for a resolution and have requested contact from ownership or corporate management. Unfortunately, based on our experience so far, I cannot recommend the Fort Myers office.
