Poor customer service, communication and does not respond to billing inquiries. Was not contacted as promised to schedule installation - tech shows up without notice - removes old pump and install new - sets it on manual with no instruction or consideration of how to operate. The "new" Pentair pump installed was not the model ordered, said it was an upgrade, only to find out it was a discontinued model. Pool companies are a dime a dozen around here. Thought I found a reliable pool company to work with - guess not. read more

I have always been impressed by their service. I have an older pool system which has needed much care and experience. Banner pools has never up-sold me, but has always offered excellent advice and affordable solutions tailored to my situation. They also stock everything I need for my pool and spa in their store in Fort Myers. read more

Very helpful, when I needed to replace my pool vacuum. Dave recommended one that has been working so much better than the expensive one that came with our house. Love the new one, super easy to use and does a great job. Staff is eager to help, friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this business for anyone with pool or spa needs, as well as cleaning, parts, repair or maintenance. Family owned and operated, quick and professional service. 5 stars read more

A locally owned, superb business. My pool tech is reliable, hardworking, and polite. The office staff has always been helpful when I call with questions or when a repair is needed. Banner Pool has been servicing our homes pool for 4 years. I highly recommend them. Bonnie, our pool tech is knowledgeable, easy to communicate with and very thorough in her maintenance of our pool. In the past, Banner has installed a pool heater and a new pool pump with ease at a reasonable cost. read more

I feel obligated to write my first-ever Yelp review due to Banner's shockingly horrible service. Do NOT trust your pool with this company, particularly if you are only present at the home seasonably. They will spend (perhaps) five minutes servicing it and will not bother to even clean out the skimmers. read more

We have used Banner for over 9 years. We are seasonal residents, we have a caretaker and watchful neighbors. Banner is the most dependable service provider that we have ever had and we trust there opinion and recommendations. Pool cleaning service is very good (9+ years) and equipment knowledge is as good as it gets. read more

A couple months ago I needed a new filter system and chlorinator for my pool. While I could have…read moredone this myself, I am 76 years old with a bad back, so was willing to pay to have it done. After getting a couple bids, I contacted Tri-city to do the install. A few days later a Tech arrived. He cut out the old system and began the install. An hour or so later he has completed the job and needs for me to sign, but also needed to show me where there was a piece broke off the lid but functional. He said they would be out day after tomorrow. His boss ordered a new on and said they would be out in a couple of days to replace the broken lid. A month went by and no show so I called and was told they would be out in a couple days. Still no show. I called again and was told tomorrow and they did show up at that time. The system looked as if an amateur put it in. The pipe from the filter ran at a 30 degree angle downward because the filter sat higher than the old one. Instead of using an elbow, he just pushed it down to match up to the old pipe. Then, being crooked, the rest of the system did not fit right so again he forced the pipe into an angle to fit. Very ugly looking. About 2 months after install, two joints came apart due to being forced to an odd angle I repaired it as best I could and hoped for the best. Two days later it came apart again. After several emails and a couple phone calls, they refuse to come and repair their mess stating plumbing repairs were not there responsibility, even though the cut the pipe and installed the new fittings. The service manager promised returned calls that never happened. I went to Ace hardware and bought some parts and took the whole system out and replumbed it correctly, something I was trying to avoid because of my age and back issues. All this after I paid over $200 for labor and pipe fitting parts. I will never use them again nor do I recommend them.

Banner Pool Service is the absolute best for pool cleaning plus small and large repair and replacement projects. Our pool water is always sparkling for use by family and friends. They've taken care of our pool for 6 years now and their prices are reasonable. David and staff are always friendly and take the time to help you understand the cause of any problems and what needs to be done to solve them. We are gone for a few months in the summer and, based on reports from our home inspector, the service to and condition of the pool are the same high level as we've come to expect while we're here. it's great to have people you can trust to take care of your property, and Banner fits that description to a "T". read more

We have been using Banner Pool Service for approximately 4 years and have been extremely satisfied. They come every Thursday year round - even though we are seasonal residents. They always skim the pool, check water levels and check the ph balance. They alert us to any issues and in the past four years we have had only a couple of things come up which were timely repaired to our satisfaction. Our pool looks great and Banner is highly responsive to any concerns we have. We have been approached by other companies to change service but we love Banner. read more

I've been with the folks at Banner Pools for four years now. Their service and response times to pool problems & mechanical issues are excellent! The weekly service from their pool technicians are also prompt and courteous. The pool is always in great shape & ready for fun. We never even have to think, about our pool--it's taken care of. And we use our pool a lot. And they are great about repairs.
