I've used these guys for regular pool service and replacement of pool equipment (pump, filter, electrical etc). They've been outstanding on all fronts. Also, since I'm a new pool owner, they always took the time to answer a lot of my basic questions. I was about to abandon my pool vacuum and buy a new one since it would stick on corners and stairs pretty consistently. I mentioned this to Wesley and he immediately pointed out one of the pieces on the hose was in the wrong spot and upside down. Once I swapped it out it works probably 80% better. The pool would get crusty stains on the edge, they would forget to put chemicals in the pool, and I had algae several times a year. The "pool guy" would not show up on a regular schedule either. I found myself having to check to make sure they came and that everything was done after each visit. That all changed when Pool Whip Pros started serving our pool. I can't say enough good things about this company. Most pool services just check the Chlorine and pH levels, clean the leaf catcher, skim the pool, and add some chlorine tabs. One time involved a landscaping company carelessly dumping tree branches dirt and debris in my pool during a removal job. So my pool was as green as the emerald isle, maybe greener. I have been taking care of my pool for years, but this was stumping me. I call Pool Whip and the owner stopped by, checked the pool and gave me a path to blue water. The journey started on Friday with two quarts of phosphate cleaner and a full cleaning of the DE filter.
