Scott at All Pro Pool Service and Repair ROCKS!!!!! I have a home warranty company to whom I pay good money to cover any issues I have with my pool equipment. However, they completely dropped the ball so that in addition to my pool having thick green algae I was losing hundreds of gallons of water daily from a leak. I called numerous pool repair companies starting at noon on Saturday once I found out the home warranty company "accidentally" cancelled my ticket after waiting for 4 days for a service provider to show up. The only company to reply on Saturday (almost immediately) was Scott with All Pro Pool Service and Repair. Scott arrived within the hour of receiving my desperate call and within 15 minutes had determined the cause of several problems. There was a leak in one of the pool's solar panels and the valve between the pump and solar equipment was tweaked. In addition there was a leak in the pool cleaning pump causing loss of water. On top of that he found that the pump and filter (although recently serviced) were not functioning sufficiently to clean the pool and thus that was why the pool was full of green algae. Scott was able to stop the water leak between the pump/filter and the solar system and stop the leak in the cleaning pump. He also recommended a new pool pump and filter since the current equipment was not functioning sufficiently to keep the pool clean. He told me the new equipment would be available for installation the following Saturday. For the next 7 days the existing pool pump and filter ran 24 hours a day and never was it able to clean the pool. This is the same problem I had been having for several months. I have had the filter cleaned three time in the last 2 months but nothing was working. Thanks to Scott, after only 24 hours of having the new equipment installed the problems with the pool were completely gone.....no more green algae. I am so thankful to Scott and All Pro Pool services and Repair. I would highly recommend Scott and his company to anyone needing pool service and/or repair. He is very professional and he doesn't leave until the job is done and the customer is happy. read more

I recently started receiving monthly pool service from All Pro. My first interaction with Scott (the owner) was back in April 2012 when I purchased a home that had an in ground pool in the Walnut Creek area. I called multiple company's looking for someone to basically come out and bring the pool back to life (it was green and not swim-able). Scott was the only one who picked up and sounded very knowledgeable and quoted what I felt was a very reasonable price, so i hired him to do the job. Scott came out the next day and was finished in just a couple days, the end result was great. He recommended that I start chemical and cleaning service with him but I wanted to try it myself as this was the first home I have owned with a pool. To my surprise he actually spent the next 15 min or so giving me pointers on how to do so and told me to give him a call if i ever had questions or needed help. By June I was done with the "do it yourself" philosophy and I called Scott back, again he came out and was there the same day to give me a quote, I thought it was a great value based on the amount of time it would give back to me so I started the service and am glad I did. A couple times during the summer small things went wrong with my older equipment and Scott was always available to help (he is very knowledgeable and prompt), not to mention my pool sparkled all summer long.
