When you're able to get a response from someone, odds are they still won't be responsive to your needs. First off, We had them put a new secondary pump in that they installed unsafely and improperly so it was damaged and stopped working in less than a year. We repeatedly discussed this concern and were repeatedly brushed off and the damage they caused to new equipment we paid for was never fixed. We are still without a secondary pump that should still be working perfectly now and for years from now. Secondly, I don't know whose pool that the technician servicing our home was putting chemicals in, but it wasn't in our pool. Our concern was mentioned multiple times and we were assured the proper chemicals and proper amount were being used on our pool. The pool started getting more and more cloudy which we knew was not right. The chemical imbalance got so bad that when checking the pool one day after the service guy left, we noticed growth of algae starting on the pool bottom and walls that needed heavy treatment. This was caused by and ignored by the pool service people. Their neglect of our pool being properly serviced, along with the negligence of the bad installation of our equipment which was damaged, it became impossible to recover confidence with receiving any kind of service from them. If the technicians working for this company are at fault without the owner being aware, shame on him for not checking on our concern when we contacted them that our pool wasn't right and shame on him for not standing behind his work that was done improperly and him not correct the issues. If you want to have to worry about your pool being damaged, or monitor and worry if your pool water is safe to swim in for yourself or others, then by all means throw your money away to these people. Once a reliable company has long since become very unreliable. read more

Over the winter, I emailed Aaron several times about changing my service schedule based on vacation plan, holiday, etc. and he responsed in a reasonable time. Recently, I noticed that Aaron has "upscaled" his company by sending color printed invoice and some other little things. Hope that he can get more business from all the efforts that he spent. This guy, Pedro, used to service our pool weekly for full service. Oh how we loved Pedro!! He came every week like clockwork at the same time and by the time he would leave ... our pool would be perfect. About 4 months ago, our pool service was switched to another technician who was unable to be consistent with showing up for service. Aaron fixed this by personally coming out and servicing our pool for a couple weeks while ensuring the new guy (Wally I think!) was properly trained. We got 1 month of great service from said new guy and then again ... no show! This time, I let Aaron know right away and he told me the guy would be out the following day for service and then again ... no show!
