They are helpful, friendly, kind and generally helpful. They are convenient to western Powhatan. Prices are reasonable. They carry quality equipment. I signed a contract in April for an above ground pool. I was told the pool would be installed by Memorial Day. It did not get installed until after July 4th. There were footprints in the sand base that I told Herman needed smoothed out before the liner was installed. He assured me I was incorrect and that there were no footprints. Liner installed and by the time this occurred, there were dinner plate size craters in sand base under the liner. I reported this and again was told I was incorrect. By the time the end of August arrived it was obvious that no matter how many times I topped the pool off with water it was leaking. Once again Herman notified...still nothing. He finally stated that he came out to take a look at the pool and the issue was the sand base and the fact that instead of backfilling the pool with the dirt they removed they pushed all the dirt to the woods. I had already told him all of these things IN WRITING. Every time I call I get voice mail. My last call I left him a voice mail asking exactly what did he intend to do to remedy the situation....No response. I now have a pool that is empty of water and he has my money....Not so very nice of a trade in my opinion. read more
