In May of 2021, we paid Klenswite $3600 for a new gas pool heater, which died after 3 months of…read moreuse. Klenswite assured us the heater and its main components were covered under the warranty and that they would handle it and either repair or replace the heater for the 2022 season. I began contacting them in early 2022 to get a feel for what they planned to do with no response. Finally, in the spring they said the manufacturer didn't have the necessary part in stock as yet. When I called the manufacturer they assured me that the part was indeed in stock. More phone calls and emails to Klenswite until they left us a voice message saying the part was in and that they'd be out to install it the following week. When I followed up by phone, they informed me that the warranty was null and void due to a water chemistry issue and that we were basically out of luck. Bottom line, we went an entire 2022 season without a heater, sued Klenswite and the manufacturer. and prevailed in recouping our loss. The manufacturer immediately offered to reimburse us half the cost of the heater. When the court asked Klenswite if they were willing to reimburse us the other half, the owner said, ''I guess you've got me by the short ones.'' Case closed!

He has been good about pointing out any issues and offering remedies. The operating system is the original and he has the knowledge to maintain it. I recall a part or two has had to be replaced. But one change in these many years was to replace the original "button" starter with a digital control. Yolanda has always been helpful and proactive when dealing with business matters and scheduling. She responds timely to emails and phone calls which is always appreciated. We have been on a bi-weekly maintenance plan over these years and have always found the spa to be sparking clear when we return to our beach house. So very much appreciated!!
