I've never written a review before but I had to with the customer service I received from Bob…read more Quick summary, I had friends staying at our place in Ocean City, MD for the week. During the midweek of their stay, the pipe underneath the kitchen sink separated between the drain and the trap. With me being at work and 2.5 hours away, I couldn't fix it. I went online and saw Bob's service on Yelp. He was the first number I called. When I spoke with him, he was on the road, literally 2 blocks away and took my service call right at that time. With me not being there, I was unaware of how serious the repair was going to be. He stated, he would give me a free estimate prior to any work that needed to be done. Ten minutes later, Bob called me and informed me it was fixed. The adjoining pipe had slipped down, causing the trap to separate from the drain pipe. He reattached all of the pipes and reinforced it to prevent them from slipping again. He not only fixed the leak and saved me a small road trip, he told me there was no charge!! He provided a service with no cost! Just to note, I'm not writing this review because he didn't charge me. It's because there are people out there that take advantage of people and situations during a time of need. He portrayed the complete opposite. I couldn't accept him not charging me so, I had to ask for his address to extend my thanks and payment for his help. Whether it was a small or large repair, Bob was honest and prompt to help. I will definitely use his services again and highly recommend him to others.

I had called a handy man in DE only to inform me that he would have to charge me a three hour minimum for a 30 minute project. I called Bob Jobs Maintenance this morning, not expecting he could or would do it today. He showed up in 15 minutes and installed the tv in 20-25minutes. The only reason it took longer was he had to get metric screws. So from the time I called him until the tv was installed and working, an hour tops. I have never had such efficient - timely service in OC - in the summer - ever! Additionally his price was way less than I expected to pay which is also very unusual in these parts during this time of the year! To say I am pleased with Bob Jobs Maintenance is an understatement - I am ecstatic! Call this guy first! I know if I need service in the future, this is the ONLY person I will call. Then I met Jim Endean and my search was over. I gave him my wish list and he had plenty of ideas and options that just worked for me. He let me pick out counter tops, flooring and bathroom tiles and then he would suggestion other styles. His ideas were so much better than mine! My new home is beautiful and just the way I hoped it would look. Jim is truly a genius with style that fit me perfectly. He also has a team of experienced implementation staff that makes stress of construction almost painless. His project manager, Tony Bistoto was great. He gave me a timeline of each project and pretty much kept that schedule despite the snow. If I called him, he returned the call within the hour. He was so easy to work with. He dropped by just about every morning to talk about that day's activities. Quality of their work was excellent and they cleaned up each day. I also dealt with Jessica Jacochimoski to purchase a set French doors to replace cheap sliders. The door was measured and installed by Greg Marshall. The door fit perfectly in the existing opening. Just opening it you tell it's high quality and will last for years. The locking mechanism makes both sides of the door secure and there is no way someone could get in my home. The project took about 2 months and I spoke with Carla Maull in accounts payable as payments were made electronically. Anytime I asked for a recap of expenses she responded that day. Lastly I would like to tell you that this whole experience was wonderful. There were no surprise extra expenses and there was daily stream of workers. Even my neighbors commented on trucks in the driveway. lol. Customer service was excellent at every level. I strongly recommend BSD if you are planning any renovations to your home.

All the options look very healthy and they have extremely informative large signs with list of detail about how big the plants get, how much sun and water they need and how they propagate. The owner helped me and he was so knowledgeable, listens to what I needed and gave me multiple options with explanations about how and why they will fit with my existing landscape. The price range seemed fair for the quality of the plants and knowledge provided with them. I highly recommend and will be back!
