They left and never told me that the values from my solar panels and I was never told. So, I called them back to fix that and they used a saw to cut the PVC pipe, after that my main drain was clogged. the service tech said he didn't know what clogged it. (BS) now today 11/8/23 this is all within two weeks now my hot tub is not filling up so I will call A&E pools to finally fix my pool.

As snowbirds, they agreed to put water in the pool, if need be (hose timer, so literally a minute to turn on). Noone ever did, not once in 2 years, had 2 pumps in less than a year. They never once turned the house water on, so, obviously, the filter was never washed. Have alarm system camera which alerts me to motion in the lanai, the pool guy was in the backyard, literally, 3-4 minutes/week. Bernie, the owner, clearly doesn't care, and makes promises with zero intention of fulfilling them (again there are receipts via camera).
