This was all handled quickly and they honored the original "team" price letting me know there would just be a small processing fee. After receiving the item, the invoice enclosed also reflected an $18.95 shipping fee that I was not made aware of. This was for a single pair of shorts. I contacted costumer service to inquire about the additional fee and they simply told me that our coach should have made us aware of that. Unfortunately, our coach was not the one who handled any part of our team order. I believe the representative could have been upfront with the additional fees when my order was placed and that the second representative shouldn't have been so quick to pass the responsibility on to our coach.
