She then continued to threaten and say that we would be kicked out if we did not keep 6 feet. Keep in mind she is continuously yelling from across the pool. Dozens of kids of all ages, many unattended, screaming, splashing, cannon balling make it impossible to do any kind of exercises. Employees watch thru the glass but do nothing. Once a man picked up his little girl and threw her across the pool. She almost landed on me which could have injured both of us. I was there trying to recover from breast cancer duty and radiation. I gave up and stopped coming. I tried using the big pool but I'm not tall enough and the water was too cold for me.

It's clean, spacious, and the staff and coaches truly could not be more friendly and attentive. This party was for a 4 year old with about 13 children in attendance and their parents, plus family. Scottie and Laney were on it-super helpful with any and everything and were great with the kids. Every adult in attendance commented on their friendly professionalism. I don't have children of my own, but if the love my niece and nephew have for this place says anything, it must be great (I mean, the 4 year old wanted her party here)! If you're in search for a place for lessons for your children or a party place for kids, this was a great deal with the upmost friendly staff.

My kid went from moving his arms to basically doing less than he was doing before. They have him swim while other students swim, when he's not a strong swimmer, which is very dangerous. No one knows what is going on. The swim lessons never start on time or end at the right time. Every time I ask the manager they give me an answer and nothing ever changes . The owner needs to seriously make some changes before they loose more customers.

The staff was so unhelpful and tacky. Do Not Waste your time or your money with this trashy place!! There are so many better places in town that are 100x better all the way around. ITS VERY OBVIOUS that there are major issues ranging from structural, to plumbing and even exercise equipment that have clearly been left in those conditions for quite some time- certainly long before I came there. Why on earth would I want to give that another chance or even risk my health or safety in such an environment? I was really excited since I go to school in Lubbock and there were 2 options. I have gone to a few classes now but one of my teachers I was not the biggest fan of. I messed up what we were doing on the floor because mind you i have taken less that 5 classes at this point and she gave me attitude and was being smart about it. She said "what did I explain to everyone earlier" then proceeded to nag on me for messing up the steps. Later she once again was correcting me on my foot work which I do not mind but she just seemed frustrated. I'll be returning to this location but I won't be taking her class. A little frustrating when I pay a decent amount of money to go here and enjoy my experience working and the teacher is being rude.

A childcare worker at the Club 4 Fitness Lubbock location was roughly handling my child. I immediately reported it to the manager, but it doesn't seem like my complaint was taken seriously. I love the gym, but I wish the gym management would do something about the mishandling at their kid's club. My child has been going to gym daycares for a couple of years now and I have never had this type of problem.
