He was punctual and is highly skilled at finding and isolating a variety of leaks. I was impressed with his ability to find leaks without remove walls or flooring. We actually had to call Webb for another leak less than a week later and he made the time to come out late after a long day of being on a job site to find it. They came out spoke to my husband and said they would provide two separate estimates via email. I requested the estimate again with no repsonse. We waited four additional days before going with another contractor that provided a timely estimate and next day service. I can only assume my business was not worth their time as we still have not heard from this company.
