We tried other companies as well that were no better. We are new to pool ownership, AND our pool was put in when our house was built back in the early 1980's. Perfect recipe for disaster. Mike came to my home and spent at least an hour and a half with me explaining the pool and the equipment and what we could do to get it to function optimally.
