I cannot say enough good things about Humberto and Delta Pool Renovations. We did not have a pool…read moreinstalled but the work he did on our patio extension is remarkable. His digital renderings were perfect and his attention to detail left me at ease; knowing he would not cut corners. All of his staff are kind and professional; always cleaned up and just did good work. I would highly recommend Delta Pools for your next project (and I already have recommended him :). You will be very pleased! We love our new patio!

We used Delta Pool Renovations to completely refresh our saltwater pool (see before and after…read morepictures). After 18 years, the quartz pool surface was chipping away and marred with severe rust stains. It didn't look inviting at all. The flagstone coping was also looking a bit ragged. Despite annual sealing, some of the flagstone coping was chipping and falling apart. The tile around the border of our pool was faded and the mastic sealant on our decking was peeling away and plants were happily growing in the cracks. Our stone waterfall had white mineral deposits that added to the "aged" look. It was time for drastic action. I consulted with four different pool renovations companies, and Humberto at Delta Pool Renovations immediately stood out for his responsiveness and confidence that he could make things look as good as new. Whereas other companies seemed to offer a piecemeal approach to their logistics, Humberto always treated all aspects of the project as a single package deal. This, along with the glowing praise from others in my neighborhood, was enough to win Delta Pool Renovations the job. After discussing our wants, Humberto put together a written bid and once we had that squared away, we went with Humberto to pick out materials. We ended up putting in new travertine coping, new glass tile for the spa and the pool, and of course, a new pool surface. Humberto's crew even rebuilt our spa spillway into the pool for a more modern look. Once everything was set, Humberto worked out a slot on his schedule and completed the entire job from start to finish in less than 10 days (I was blown away because other companies told me it would take at least 30 days). Humberto let me pay 1/3 up front, 1/3 after the coping was completed, and 1/3 at completion. I really liked the flexibility of these terms. All of the work was done to high standards. Humberto came by multiple times each day to check on progress and, in some cases, had the workers make corrections to keep things to his liking. There were absolutely no surprises in the process and all of the workers were respectful of our property. We selected the StoneScapes Micro Pebble for the pool and spa and love that it is durable and yet relatively smooth and easy on our feet. The new finish is gorgeous and, combined with the new coping, mastic, and bead blasting to remove mineral deposits on the rock wall, the pool really does look brand new. There was one thing that Humberto told me up front he would not be able to do and that is polishing the exposed cut-edge of the travertine coping. The exposed edge is totally fine, but I prefer a honed look so I'm taking up that project on my own. I would have rather just paid Humberto a bit extra to do it but he didn't have any workers with the right type of tools. I am thrilled with the work done by Delta Pool Renovations and strongly recommend you have them give you a bid for your pool remodel.

UPDATE AND ANSWERING THE OWNER'S REPLY:…read more The tech in question was in the 11000 block of Cypresswood @ Lakewood Forest Drive. The day was Sunday February 23rd 12:13pm to 12:20pm when the reckless and dangerous behavior happened. We couldn't get a good look at the tech but his skin color was very light and we only saw a small portion of his left side of the face; he then rolled up his very dark window and was speeding around and around trying to lose us when he realized we were trying to get info and a good look at his face. That's all we have for you. Whoever was on the call or lives in the area is the culprit - look at our posted photos, you can see the TICL#1278 and there's damage around the wheel well. FOR THE REST OF THE PUBLIC, HERE IS MY ORIGINAL REVIEW OF WHAT HAPPENED: My wife and I were just leaving church today to have lunch at a restaurant around the corner from where a very unpleasant, unprofessional and dangerous act happened with one their service techs at the corner of Cypresswood @ Lakewood Forest (see photo). The speed limit is 30 mph and there was a lot of vehicles on Cypresswood but everyone was courteous and safe while navigating the streets that had cars parked on the curb, blocking the right lanes. All drivers were fine except this guy who works for this company, as the left lane's traffic was merging one at a time, this company's tech raced approximately 60-70 mph to beat the merge and swerved right in front of us barely missing our vehicle and the parked car by mere inches. I had to brake hard and I naturally laid on the horn - he brake checked us, causing us to have brake hard again, then opened the side window to stick his middle finger out and scream at us. He almost hit a young lady who was trying to walk around that parked car and caused a wreck by being impatient and he had the audacity to yell and make obscene gestures at us?!?! The tech then drove in circles doing about 5 high speed u-turns when he realized we were taking photos and video of his his bad behavior and then eventually left the neighborhood at 70+ mph when he realized we wanted to get a photo of his face. C'mon guys......you need to do better and not hire horrible acting people like that guy who caused all of this - to any potential customers of this company, do you want to trust your property to these guys or even let them near your family? I wouldn't and neither should you.

We had GM outdoor living install a putting green and some landscaping surrounding it back in…read moreFebruary. They installed three pine trees right before a massive freeze. I was concerned that the trees would not make it, and I was assured that they were under warranty. My impression is that the company was desperate for money and needed to get it done that day. One of the trees is completely dead and I've been asking for 60 days or longer for them to replace the tree. It looks terrible. Not to mention the putting green is not even it it's all wrinkled. We reported this to our general contractor multiple times and GM outdoor living refuses to do anything about it. We're so discouraged about the whole situation. We don't even bother using the putting green, it's a mess. I do not recommend this company as their customer service absolutely sucks and so does their workmanship.
