He was kind enough to notify of a place where a crack in the tile joint was allowing water to flow from the hot tub and washing out the grout by seeping under the tile. Pretty easy fix but it had already loosened some of the tile and needs attention by doing a bit of re-grouting and sealing. Fantastic work at a reasonable price. A bit higher than the last outfit that removed calcium with a pressure washer but largely by mechanical scraping taking three people but still did not get it 100% removed. People please be aware of this pool company! These guys are a total rip off. First off, Tony…read moreDeville doesn't know anything about pools but he talks a really good game. This was communicated by one of his employees. Also, his former partner acknowledged he knows nothing about pools.The project was in a stand still mode for nearly 3 weeks. He has a tile guy who tries to do plumbing and electrical work as well as anything else he is not qualified to do. Additionally, Tony Deville seems to think it is OK for his subcontractors to utilize the restroom outside on one's property; to include defecation. Tony 's pitch is he is always on site but he rarely is ever around. The other red flag is he only shows up when it's time for a payment based on milestone. Therefore, he rushes to complete a milestone and then shows up for payment. Then he disappears. Please do your homework when selecting a pool company. It really only takes 3-4 weeks to complete a pool but they will tell you 6 weeks and that's because they are chasing money and not doing quality work. I have pictures to share.
