Their technician chose to leave instead of servicing my yard and that is why there was an "over abundance" of waste. The person I was speaking with told me they had to leave to finish my technician's route because he spent an additional 15 minutes at my house...again this was not my fault. It was clear we were not going to see eye to eye so I cancelled my service with them. It's a shame. I have been a customer for the last 4 or 5 years.
