They're thorough and they just get the job done. They also send me a picture of my side door to let me know that they've locked it after they're finished picking up the poop. Before they arrive, they text me to ask if the dog is secured in the house. It's such an easy service. I'm very thankful for it. Oh and their first pickup is free! You can also cancel anytime. You're not tied down to a contract. They also have an option to take the poop away with them which is an extra $1. I've only used Poop 911 twice as I just inherited my daughter's dog. When first talking on the phone to them, they answered all my questions & explained everything thoroughly, calling me back on the same day (another service I was checking with didn't return my call until 3 days later). I was able to meet the girl that came out the first time & she was friendly & professional. I like that they call me ahead of their visit & send me the pic of my closed gate after leaving. I'm partially disabled & can't walk across the unlevel yard without risk of falling so I rely on the promptness of their weekly visit. Today was the second visit & it went well. FYI if you think in 22 degree weather that they will pick up your dogs poop for the week think again . On top of it they push it off for another week . So 2 weeks of poop in the yard . Love this service. I used to think that paying for someone to do this was crazy. Boy, was I wrong! My knees are so bad and my backyard is split level. It was beoming very difficult for me to climb up the hill to clean my German Shepherd's devil donuts. Now there's a yiung person (college student) that comes by and clears the yard.
