I called yesterday to suspend service until the new year. The 877 # patches you through to your local tech. I left a message asked them to suspend service. Tech showed up today while I was out. My husband ran out to ask her to stop, but she did not speak English. My account has been charged and there is no option on the website to cancel, or even email regarding the issue. Poop 911 is the worst company I've ever dealt with. Don't fall for the trap and sign up. I've been calling for four weeks straight to cancel my service because they never showed up--even though I have security cameras that prove it. I also paid extra for add-on services like hosing off my deck, but that never happened. My deck was always dirty, and I ended up cleaning it myself. Every time I call, no one answers. You can't get a response by text either. When I do manage to speak with someone, they tell me someone will call me back, but no one ever does. Two weeks ago, I finally got through to a representative who told me my service had been canceled. To my surprise, I was charged two more times after that. Today, I actually caught one of their employees arriving at my house and told her that I had already canceled my service. She said my account was still active and that I would continue to be charged. She also didn't hose off my deck, even though that's a service I paid extra for. I'll be calling my bank tomorrow to block any future charges. This has been the worst customer service experience of my life. read more

Don't fall into the trap of signing up. They are impossible to get hold of. During the winter they did not show up twice in a row because of snow on the ground. Understandable. They proceeded to charge me as if they had come. I tried to cancel my account but could not get anyone on the phone after many calls. Eventually someone responded telling me the visits would be undone and that my account was canceled. Sure enough they showed up at my house again even after canceling my account. I again was able to get someone to say the visits would be refunded but that never happened. I did a charge back with my bank and blocked them from further charges. Very first paying service, the guy was here for 3 minutes, not sure what he did in 3 minutes but it wasn't the job he was paid for. Don't use this service, wish I had seen all the lousy reviews before. They make it impossible to cancel. I will need to change my credit card to be done with them. I would give them a -10 if I could. This organization is the most unprofessional and unprepared companies I've ever worked with. I'll start this review with a few points: there are no supervisors to be transferred to when calling customer service, no reference numbers to ID past calls, and no ability to cancel your account or deactivate automatic payments. We've been trying to cancel our service since before the free trial one because the company switched the day on us to a day that wasn't going to work. We've called and texted the numbers for 5 WEEKS to cancel, receiving a via text or a "I do apologize, but I am unable to transfer you to anyone, but I will mark this call as urgent and someone will get back to you as soon as possible" if calling over the phone. No one has called us back, my husbands account is still listed as active, and no one has refunded us at all. I 100% steer everyone away from this service unless you're willing to be ignored (but serviced). read more

Do not use this company! I had the dogs out the first time the lady got here. She yelled at me to put them away. She half assed cleaned and was out of here so fast. She was more concerned with being on the phone cackling. Then, sometimes she wouldn't even show but we were charged. A few times, she showed with her kids and they were running around my backyard trampling my flowers. I can't have my dogs out, but she can have her kids here?! What would have happened if they fell and got hurt? The final straw was the price went up 5 dollars a cleaning and I called to inquire 5 times and they took the message, promised someone would call back and they never did. I finally told the lady who answered the phone that I want to cancel if they would not call me back. Sure enough, they still did not call back and I canceled. I honestly don't like giving bad reviews, but this is one time when it warranted. Thankfully, I am using a different company now, and the gentleman combs through the yard very carefully to make sure he does not not miss anything. Also, the dogs were out there when he got here, and he went over to them and pet them, and got to know them well , They are now so happy when they see him, they run over and are so happy! I called six months ago because all sudden my service was cut and I was told my credit card had expired. Nobody called to tell me my credit card had expired. I got that all figured out fixed and they stopped again and I was told that when I called to say no one has come to clean my poop in two weeks, they said to me that I had canceled That never happened. He promised me that he would my service was start up Friday and they did come Friday and they haven't come for two weeks but I'm still being charged weekly for all of this so don't do it. It's a great service but there's other companies out there now that can help us. read more

I moved out of my home and made every feasible attempt to inform this company. They do not have an easily accessible "cancel" feature on their website. No one answers the phone. No one returns messages. It's has been a month since I moved and they continue to charge my card. I finally had to get a new card and had my company dispute the charges. I hired Poop911 for a one time service and I'm sorry but they did a very poor job. One person arrived in the morning and spent 15 minute and then left, I then went out to the yard to look at the job and found that there was still poop in the yard, I then called to complain so they said they would send the person back. When the person came back later that afternoon, she came with a very annoyed attitude, stayed for 5 minutes and left again. I then went back out and picked up all the poop that they missed and took pictures to show them how much they missed. Am I nuts to think that if I am paying $150 for a service to be done then I expect good service.. After my dog passed away I informed the company their service was no longer required. The following month they billed me again and the crazy part is no one came to my home that just billed me. I contacted the manager of the Connecticut Poop911. He apologized and promised to refund my money. His reason for the charge I didn't call him. So I guess that gave home the right to charge me anyway for a no show service. I informed he employees who showed up personally that I would be discontinuing service. He has yet to refund my $56 and has not returned any of my calls. Next step will be better business bureau and the head of their franchise. If you read their Facebook post this is not the first time they did this to their customers. I don't recommend this company do to their shady billing practice and lack of customer communication.
