Everyone is very professional, and they make a point of getting to know your dog and their patterns so they will let you know if they see something that seems off. Top-notch communication. That said, overall, I'm pretty disappointed in the service. First off, the guy who is doing the cleaning has not once attempted to introduce himself to myself or my dogs. So when he shows up unannounced every time, he seems frustrated that my dogs won't stop barking at him. He just continually shouts at them, "Be nice!" and acts frustrated and angry that he's having to deal with them. Also, you know how most of these services will give a light spray of a nice fragrance when they're done, so your yard smells all wonderful? Don't expect that here. Unfortunately, the decline in your service quality continued after a new individual started servicing my yard. I am now using Poo Happens for these services. I was looking for a remedy and was not offered one until now.
