I was sold a set of sights for $150, only to find out later they retail for $90. I was told installation would be free, but instead of using a proper sight pusher, Elliott used a hammer and punch, leaving visible scratches on the sights. When he handed the gun back, I immediately noticed the front sight looked crooked. Elliott insisted they were "dead straight" and told me that if I thought they were off, I should go to the range and bring him a grouping. When I asked how he could claim they were centered without using the right tools, he said his "eyes are dialed in" from years of experience. I took the firearm to another gunsmith for a second opinion -- and he confirmed right away that the front sight was crooked and the rear sight wasn't centered either. Between the markup, the poor installation, the scratches, and the dismissive attitude when I raised concerns, this was a complete waste of time and money. I strongly recommend going elsewhere for sight work or anything requiring precision.
