Patrick did a piece for me that had several mistakes. When I pointed them out, he laughed and rushed me to the register. He later admitted to the errors via email and offered a fix, but after I went in to discuss it, he completely ghosted me. I have called and emailed for months with no response. It's a shame because the piercers are great, but I cannot recommend a shop where the owner refuses to stand behind his work and ignores a client for months after making a mistake on their body. I'm now forced to pay someone else to fix his errors.

The artist (don't even remember his name) drew it on my finger first with the pen and then started tattooing.. Not to mention, it was in fact my 1st tattoo. Less than 5 minutes later my Bf is getting the "Z" drawn with the pen and then we pay and are leaving and realize before we even get to the car that the SIMPLE LETTER "Z" is backwards on BOTH of us. My bf went back in side and showed the artist that it was incorrect & the artist was quick to blame us due to him being incapable of reading/writing the alphabet. Not to mention my bf tattoo literally started to fade away 1 week after, while mine looks like the needle went to deep and caused a "blowout." Overall, i would rate 0/5 stars if i could. It is something we kind of laugh about and is not a truly big deal. However, i am just writing this review to advise other people that if you are going to get an actual piece of work tattooed on you i would HIGHLY recommend going somewhere else.
