Since this was during the covid pandemic, I was allowed to go in only for the initial consultation and for her first infusion. They have a great covid protocol in place, so we never felt nervous about her visits. During the initial consult, Dr. Reese spent a long time with us, explaining in detail about the cancer and about what to expect during the treatments. He drew pictures and wrote key words on some sheets of paper we were able to take home and study. We felt he really cared about her outcome. They have a web portal for communication that allowed us to submit questions and usually had Dr. Reese or a staff member get back to us that same day. They were also great at working through insurance issues with us. We never felt overlooked or ignored, and my wife said all of the front office staff and nurses were kind and helpful. Unlike restaurant reviews where you end it by saying "I can't wait to come back!", well, I'll say we do feel comfortable continuing to see Dr. Reese for follow-ups, and should a similar need arise in the future, UCLA Health And Dr. Reese will likely be the first place we ask for!

She checks on me throughout the day, always making sure I'm comfortable and have everything I need. She is so accommodating whenever I need to adjust my schedule, always making changes with a smile and a positive attitude. Over the weeks, she has become more than just my coordinator, she has become a friend. Her encouragement, kindness, and constant support have meant more to me than words can express and have truly helped lift my spirits throughout my treatment. I am so grateful for her dedication and the genuine care she shows every patient. She is a true blessing and an invaluable part of this wonderful team at Center For New Medicine.

Stay in your own city and do conventional and find some integrative therapies near by. Dr Con(Nealy) has no morals and raises prices at will for her therapies that didn't work. All of the staff has left multiple times over. Even looking through these pictures I'm like "who are half of these people?!" because they don't last long there. Acupuncturist Yukari is the BEST! She needs to open her own place.

I saw him for breast imaging and evaluation, and I cannot say enough good things about my experience. Dr. Wilsen specializes in diagnostic radiology and breast imaging. I wanted to mention that specifically because UCI Health is such a large medical system and I hope this review helps others looking for an excellent breast imaging specialist . He addressed every issue and question I had, and made sure I felt heard and cared for throughout the entire visit. I never felt rushed. His calm, compassionate approach made what could have been a very stressful and frightening experience feel reassuring and comfortable. I left feeling incredibly relieved, grateful, and confident in the care I received. I highly recommend Dr. Wilsen to anyone needing breast imaging or evaluation. I am so thankful I was under his care.

I had surgery on Friday the 26th -Chao Family Comprehensive Cancer Center and Ambulatory Care building LUCI Health Orange County, CA Again, this place is newish, it looks great. We parked in the gold structure. We came out around the side by valet. ( I don't think it was the main entrance. Because it was a lot of walking to the place we needed to check in) ALSO, they validate your parking ticket. I met, Daniel. He took care of me. Gave me my hospital bracelets and a wheelchair to sit in the lobby. He was extremely nice. I am fortunate and do not have cancer, yet it was at the cancer center. And for the horrible things you see in there, you have to have a smile and keep it together. He did a great job at that. Lobby was very nice!! It had vending machines Places to plug in your phone! AND, my favorite, they had an outdoor lobby attached to the indoor lobby. So you could sit outside and get air They have a nice electronic board on the wall showing who's being prepped, who's going in, who's stable, who's done and etc. they really keep the family updated They were a little late and running behind. I was finally wheeled back where my amazing nurse, GRACIE, took care of me. She sympathized so much with me. She told me she knew girls that were just as bad with my condition and it's horrible. She did everything she could to make me comfortable including bringing me ice packs. When it came to giving me my IV, she had to place it on the side of my wrist. Not my arm or top of my hand. Side of my wrist. And I barely bruised and barely cried lol. Gracie-10/10 Daniel at check-in 10/10 My nurses helping me in the operating room and calming me down were -Ethan 10/10 and I wish I knew the name of the anesthesiologist. Because SHE WAS AMAZING Kristy -10/10 was my nurse while I was recovering My surgeon, Dr. Moskowitz, is also extremely skilled. She's one of the best in her field. So it takes a while to see her. This is my 3rd time going under with her (including a massive surgery with a few other surgeons in the room last, may) The rooms in recovery were nice The bed was as comfortable as it could be They put booties on you Circulation leg compressors And a blanket they hook up to warm air. Also, after I was in bed and prepped (took 45 mins) they called my mom back to see me before my surgery. I kept asking in the operating room for everyone to give me their name so I can fill out the survey and do a review. They just kept humoring me. I wasn't even on drugs yet LOL I was being serious. So, I wish I got everyone. If you or a loved one, especially a child is going through horrible health issues. My heart goes out to you. I pray you don't give up, advocate for yourself and loved ones, may you find the right doctor and God bless
