Highly recommend! Dr.Marisse takes the time to listen and address my health care needs. She responds to emails in a very timely manner. I had an emergency prescription request while she was out of office and I got the medicine I needed the same morning. Karla in the front office responds quickly to patient requests as well. I'm so grateful for Upper Echelon Medical. My blood pressure is even lower when I visit their office!

Dr Marrise is so nice and helpful. I would definitely go back to her. She did not rush me through describing my experiences like other doctors and gave me great holistic and medicinal suggestions to help me manage my health. I would recommend her services to anyone. I think as a woman it's important to have Doctors who are in tune with woman's needs and patient care and she definitely demonstrates that. I also was pleased that she offered medicine at a affordable rate in this day and age and had bloodwork immediately available at a low rate. She is patient and kind and does not rush her patients through their questions. 5/5 Stars for Dr Marisse!

Ear piercing comes with a plastic diamond earring

My kid wanted their ears pierced and we didnt want to do it at the mall. Therefore we looked up a few places like tattoo parlors but ended up coming here given reasonable cost. Booking is super easy and they do text message follow ups! We had a day where we were unsure of what was happening and texted and got a response in 10 minutes. Way better than normal health care systems! The doctor was also really nice and understanding, patiently waiting for me to quiet my kid while they cried. Highly recommend the office especially for someone that want a more specialized care for piercings kids ears. It came with the diamond plastic earrings. They are nice and stay really well!

*Always on "vacation" *Never takes the time to really know…read morewhat's going on with you *Never gives any useful advice *NEVER FOLLOWS UP I've been a patient since I was kid and growing up I never liked the way Dr. Nitta conducted his visit it's like your in and out in 5 minutes and he doesn't even do a full on check up to see how things are. The nurses at the front desk are nice and have always been nice it's just this doctor like I don't know if he knows what he's doing or if he just simply doesn't care about people and it's sad because most if not all doctors are just in it for the business and not in it to too really take your health seriously and help you find out the best treatment/cure for whatever health condition you have. I'm tired of hearing "your okay" or "you'll be fine" like I'm not okay my body doesn't feel fine I'm in pain, I'm sick and what are you doing about it?? NOTHING.

4 stars for Dr. Nitta and 1 star for the office. If you want results, you need to basically harass…read morehis office staff, which I don't want to do. I have had an appointment 5 weeks in advance. They canceled 10 days before, so I called back, left a message, then another message with someone who said they'll call back. No call back. I called again and they said that have an opening in 6 weeks, but only a few spots; otherwise I'll have to wait much longer. This isn't the first time. Also, if you need a specialist or recommendation, it might take 2+ weeks for them to get back to you (with you calling at least 3 times to remind them). If they say they'll call you, never expect a call back. Dr. Nitta is great, always listens and does his best to help. I recommend him, but I can't jump over several hurdles to get an appointment, specialist or basic help anymore. I understand the office can be busy, but there is a difference in being busy and having an absolutely apathetic response to patients.

He explains is detail what and why to his findings and his course of medical action. Very easy to talk to with a nice bedside manner. His staff all are friendly and helpful as well. We would not hesitate to go back to Dr Bittner for any other hand and/or wrist concerns. This guy is the best! Cheers!

The pain from not being able to completely bend my finger and inability to make a full fist with my left hand was so debilitating to me. Dr. Bittner was highly recommended for this procedure and it was promptly scheduled. He has many years of experience in this field and comes across as very personable and caring. The procedure itself lasts only few minutes where the surgeon gives the patient a local numbing injection, makes a small incision and cuts the pulley that is stuck, which prevents the tendon to do its job, i.e. smoothly slide back and forth when we bend the finger. Each finger has 3 pullies, so cutting one makes no difference to the finger but it does to mobility. Everything went well, easy and painless; Dr. Bittner and his wonderful assistant Carrie kept informing me what was being done every minute of the procedure and I felt very confident about my decision. Carrie then stitched the incision, asked me to return the next day for checkup and new dressing. The stitches came off 2 weeks after the surgery and I'm now doing exercises to get the strength and mobility back. It usually takes one month to get to full recovery, but so far, so fantastic!! I already forgot that I had surgery and am using my finger at 95% capacity, but am very confident that it will be back to normal in a very short time. My only regret is that I didn't do this sooner. Please don't suffer from pain, a 5-minute procedure with Dr. Bittner will bring you back to your normal self!!
