They had not only programmed a brand new key, but they also allowed at the very least my original keys valet access for less than half of what the dealer was charging! On 12/18/24 I contacted Concord Locksmith shop to make a new key fob for my 2011 BMW 135i. I was…read moretold they could not quote me a price until arrival. Upon their arrival  I was told that they could make the key fob needed. After making the key and trying to start my car, I'm then told that my car will not start and the key will not work for my car. My car had been running completely fine before this they came out, all I needed was the key fob. I was then charged $399 for a inoperable key and key fob. After they left I took a better look at the key inside and realized the key itself had no grooves on it so it would've  never even unlocked my car let alone start it. Now my car that was running fine is in the shop needing over 1k in repairs. This company is unprofessional, un trustworthy and not a real business. Please avoid this scam at all costs.
