VERY expensive. Car keys at dealerships are THE most expensive, Express Key the best value - hardware stores the cheapest but tricky on quality. These guys are right below dealerships in the prices they charge. Now the family who has this franchise and runs it here are responsive and business-like. Treated me no nonsense. No pleasantries nor interest in any backstories. Just schedule it, and pay up for what they do. Simple. Just like an auto repair shop in a way but they insist on coming to you - in that they get you (translate how they make their money) is both for the "service" as well as the mark-up on the keys themselves. Outstanding customer service, from the initial phone call to the tech and her work. Crystal arrived to my location within a short time of me calling (maybe 20 minutes). I had been running and completely lost my key, so I was not only locked out but also needed a key made. Once she got access to the vehicle she asked me for identification and verification that it was, in fact, mine. I thought this was such an awesome thing!!
