My favorite order so far has been the Chunky Monkey with a little extra cinnamon, and I've also tried several of the fruit/tea waters. Everything I've had has been delicious. Every time I visit, I'm impressed not only by the quality of the drinks but also by the excellent customer service. Everyone is friendly, welcoming, and genuinely seems happy to be there, which makes the experience even better. I wanted to update my review after seeing the owner's response because, honestly, it made the experience feel even worse. What I wrote is exactly what happened. We specifically ordered drinks without Red 40, received the wrong drinks, and when we pointed it out respectfully, instead of simply remaking them, we were told we could just add flavoring to drinks we already didn't want. That felt dismissive and uncomfortable. The owner's response of "we're not for everyone and that's ok with us" came across less like accountability and more like not caring about a customer's experience. Mistakes happen -- that's understandable -- but how they're handled matters. What especially stood out to me was being told "sorry you felt you had a bad experience," because I didn't just feel like I had a bad experience -- I did. For a business centered around "nutrition," it's disappointing to feel like concerns about ingredients and what's actually in the drinks are brushed off. If caring about ingredients, transparency, and customer service means we're "not for everyone," then I think this response speaks for itself.
