Sad to read that some people experienced not so stellar customer service. I've never had an issue. Sure, it might take them a little while to make the drink. But never had an unfriendly encounter. I wish they were a little bit closer to me so that I could go more frequently!! Boba Love is right next to Sonic, so whenever my kiddos and husband go to that drive thru, I opt to get a drink here if they're open. They are the only place in the area that serves Almond Milk Tea. According to my receipt, it looks like the young girl who took my order is named Jesse. Every time I've walked in with her present, I have felt unwelcome. When I walk in, she's sitting in the seating area for the customers and gets up, looks at me with a very blank glare, quickly looks away and says "welcome" completely devoid of any emotional content. Clearly, she doesn't want to be there, and doesn't mind to make it obvious, and doesn't care to make you feel welcome to any degree. I ordered a protein smoothie, and it was a complete waste of my money. There were 4 big chunks of ice on the bottom, the smoothie was thin and watered down, and it was basically tasteless. It mostly tasted like extremely faint protein powder blended with water and ice. I didn't really make out any taste of banana or peanut butter - they were even more faint than the protein powder taste. It was so neutral tasting, almost like having finely ground oatmeal blended with water and ice. Thank you for wasting my time, my patience, and my money. I also ordered an acai bowl for my roommate, and she didn't offer any to-go bag. I had to ask for one, and she was just like "oh". Believe me, if you don't want to be there Jesse, I beat you out by a million miles because I absolutely despise being in the Inland Empire and Southern California in general. My experience being here has been nothing short of miserable with as checked out, entitled, and oblivious as people are here in this deadbeat place. I have never been in a place so lifeless and devoid of anything enjoyable. I'm turning into a shriveled up raisin from breathing in whatever is in the air here. I've gained weight, aged rapidly, and almost look like I'm from here now. Never have I encountered a place like this where even in the women's restrooms, I constantly find people leaving pee all over the seats and floors, globs of feces and piles of toilet paper and seat liners left unflushed in the toilets (recently happened in yours), unclean, unrepaired toilets just covered with black garbage bags for several months (like at the mall), sticky floors and dining tables, horrendous, LAZY customer service, restrooms reeking of horrid, cheap chemical perfumes (like in your restroom), businesses charging extra to OMIT ice from their smoothies, fake people smiling in your face while unreasonably upcharging you, backstabbing you, talking behind your back, and too California soft to take any sort of honest, completely founded criticism, and people all over the place, particularly on the road, living in their own completely isolated K-pop, Disneyland imaginary bubbles doing whatever the f they want without ANY regard for anyone else. It is the most miserable, disgusting energy I've ever had the misfortune of existing in...indescribably miserable of how deep the misery goes. Yes, absolutely I have found some decent people around, but overall there is something horrid here in the air. Believe me, no one is more disgusted by this place than I am. I don't know what jacked up wormhole I got sucked into, but I want to get out of this place as soon as humanly possible. I really wish I could review this town, this county, and this state and the weird phenomenon that exists here. It's absolutely bizarre. No, this isn't all coming just from my experience with your business, I just had more of this weirdness at a restaurant today. It is a constant, EVERY SINGLE DAY, throughout basically the entire day I have the misfortune of interacting with people here. My friends and I stopped by for a quick drink and were happy to see that there were a lot of open seats. I ordered a large peach green tea with lychee jelly, and the order came out fairly fast. You can see and hear them making your order if you stay near the front, but they're pretty quick that you don't have to worry. It wasn't too busy when we went on an early Friday afternoon, so we could sit and chat for a while. There are some fun games available like the chess board you can see behind my drink in the picture, which makes it a nice place to hang out with friends. My drink was good. Boba Love is a new fave of mine! They're located on Hot Springs right across Fitness 19. It's perfect for a post workout Acai Bowl or protein smoothie! I've been here at least 3 times now, and the service is always quick and friendly. They offer a no-frills menu with different types of drinks, smoothies, and bowls. They now offer a Pitaya Bowl, which I have yet to try. The prices aren't bad, and I think this is one of the very few, if any, places that offer a drink size of 32 oz.! It's pretty damn big... I'll maybe try it out when I'm thirsty on a Thursday, lol! They also offer cute merch for purchase and a few IG worthy photo opps. I've only ever had 1 person ahead of me the times that I've come in. Skip the boba and get the açaí bowls instead. You'd think that boba would be their speciality considering it's in the name: "Boba" Love. But it's their açaí bowls that are actually the star. The Nutella Açaí Delight was so delicious! Even though the price was a bit high for something so small, I'm glad that it tasted really good. The boba, however, was super underwhelming. The drink was tasty, but the boba balls weren't chewy and resembled more like jelly. The menu also FALSELY ADVERTISES the price of the boba. It states ' +.60 boba ' when they really charge you .90 which is ridiculous. They should change the name to 'Açaí Love' because it's embarrassing to call yourself a boba shop when you charge high prices for terrible boba. There was only 1 worker working and he was really nice. He made the drinks really yummy and my açaí bowl perfectly. It's the boba pearls that are awful which isn't his fault since I'm sure he didn't buy them. The shop is spacious and nicely decorated. I found this place on yelp. I was driving to San Diego for July 4 and was craving boba and decided to give this place a try. We all loved our drinks, I got Jasmine milk tea. My daughter got a strawberry slush with the heart blue heart Boba. I got the honey Boba and then my other daughter got the Jasmine mango tea. (think it was called with a honey Boba). All three of us loved our drinks and the Boba texture was delicious. I'm very picky about my Boba. The place was so cute and so clean and very cutely decorated with photo ops. The place was really nice and the bathroom was clean also. This seems like a small family on business (which I love supporting small business especially when you see something really cute and delicious). Then we came back to the Marietta Hot Springs on July 12 and we had another really great experience, we brought our friends who are also from out of town and they got, a strawberry slush and then got thai tea. I am a boba connoisseur and I am a boba fanatic. I have been here twice now and wanted to come again before I made my review. The inside is pretty large for a boba spot and there's a good amount of seating. The menu offers a variety of boba drinks and toppings. I love that they have so many different flavors of popping boba, yum. This boba spot has the biggest cup size I have seen at 32oz and that is fantastic for a boba lover like myself! I do think their pricing is good for what you're getting. Of course if you get the smaller 24oz size it is less money which I believe is a typical large size at other boba spots. I ordered a 32oz Jasmine Milk Tea with Boba & it was delicious. The boba was a little overdone and mushy which is the only reason for the 4/5 star. Previously when I came here I tried their Thai tea which I felt was a little watered down and didn't have a strong tea flavor and it was milky. The watermelon tea was good but it wasn't strong enough of a watermelon flavor for me personally. I think their only issue is the drinks can be a little watered down or not flavored enough. They have açaí fruit bowls, a lot of different proteins options provided that they have a gym right across the street from them. They even have Vietnamese coffee. It's all in the name, they definitely have plenty of boba flavors to pick. The owner is so sweet and she always asks how sweet you want your drink, I don't get asked that at other boba places. I got mine 25% sweetened and this was perfect. Being that it's so cold outside she even warmed mine up and assured me it would taste delicious. I ordered boba and they didn't give me boba. As you can see in the pic, we ordered two of the same drinks. One was given boba and the other not. I could taste and feel the pieces of powder in my mouth and the boba pearls were a horrible sour flavor. Most boba shops will have soft and sweet boba pearls these ones were hard and sour.
