I've had Jamba Juice plenty of times before, but this location just doesn't hit the same. The drinks tasted watered down and lacked flavor, especially for the price. I also tried the Parmesan pretzel for the first time and was pretty disappointed. It looked good, but it had almost no flavor at all. This is a very crowded and popular area, it was really hard to watch one person try to manage all the orders. This Jamba is in a nice outdoor strip mall. Relatively new, it is located off Antelope Road. There were plenty of parking. I came on 6/21 which is National Smoothie Day. Jamba Juice was doing a $1 small mango or strawberry smoothie from 3p.m. to 6 pm. I arrived at 2:57 p.m. and there was already a line out the door. I was just outside the door. The line started moving around 2:59 p.m. I didn't have to wait long to get inside as it was hot outside. The entire staff were so professional. They did a great job of making a whole load of smoothie. The cashier taking our order was calm and patient. We waited less than 5 minutes for our smoothie. I got 3 strawberry and 3 mango smoothies for my family. My mango smoothie was great! I can taste the mango in my smoothie. It didn't taste like artificial mango but the real deal. I love mango and this was a good smoothie. My husband had the strawberry smoothie and he said that they added banana to it and so he didn't love his smoothie. read more

They always close up early usually an hour and a half for no reason. I placed multiple orders and by the time I get there around 6:15ish they're closed. I order from the app and there isn't an option for any refunds or disputes on the order as well. You always have to call the next day to try and get a refund . GUILTY PLEASURE SMOOTHIE SHOP! Now, let me start with how much I love Jamba, as I've grown up with it it's also when a staple of mine. The smoothies are perfectly blended, they always have the right consistency! Also, I'm a huge fan of the variety of flavors. Jamba is also less sugary than some other smoothie shops so that's always a perk. However, I tried one of the food options and let me tell you the ordeal. I tried the egg bite, and it was tasty but still very frozen in the center. I repeat, the flavor was amazing! So I thought to myself "dang I can only imagine what this will taste like warmed up". I went back the next day and it was different staff, a lone worker. I asked for the same egg bite item and it was 100% delicious as I got it fully warmed this time. I didn't make a fuss about the previous day, but I was so happy I got my food the way I wanted. A HUGE recommendation from me. I felt vindicated lol. Overall, the staff are pretty friendly here and I can always count on the smoothies. I'm hoping they stay consistent with warming their food options up for now on so I can bump this review up to a 5! Found a foreign object in my drink today. Tried calling the store but no answer. Id avoid this location. It always seems so understaffed in comparison to the Murrieta location. The owner seems incompetent or that they just don't care. It's not my first time having an issue with the product and services here. On top of it it's a huge cycle of people misunderstanding the wait system so people are urging each other to "go in it's your turn" when you can't go in. So everyone's mad at one another. On top of that you get your order and it's not right it's super watered down and gross. When I asked what options they have for blueberry banana, the team members responses was "we have a menu right here which is helpful." Made me feel like I was inconveniencing them by asking for a recommendation. I had already been looking at the menu and didn't see something right away. Im trying to get into eating healthier and forced myself to try this place last week. I've never been a big fan of fruits but wanted to give it a shot anyways. I wasn't a big fan of the smoothie, but I didn't hate it which is saying something and the staff made my experience fantastic. They gave me great suggestions as I was not sure what I wanted and had never been there before. Kudos to management for hiring these young people who are so friendly and helpful.
