Things here are overpriced. The selection is somewhat fine, I've noticed they have the same things that literally nobody wants to buy at any store. (They don't put prices on most of the stuff.) Lastly when I went to check out the men working were on their phones, which is fine but they laughed when I asked for something in the case and lazily looked at eachother to see who'd get it. Also, making jokes with each other about what I was buying. There was a hiring sign so I assume they hired the only people who applied. I asked the man sitting at the checkout how much something was that didn't have a price tag. As he stared through me listlessly he checked the item at the register and used a price gun to tag it, then handed me the item wordlessly. I'm concerned that this was a living zombie and the apocalypse is now happening due to how dead this man was behaving. Perhaps he suffered a stroke and cannot speak. That can't be true, however, because when I returned to pay for the items I did buy and asked for assistance with a figure, he only rose and spoke to another associate when he realized he had to box the figure himself. It was a figure unpackaged on a shelf that was used in my eyes, but he said nothing about it or to me or to reply when I told him to have a great day. I fear we must lock our doors and arm ourselves as zombies have now infiltrated our anime and geek stores. On a serious note, how about don't be a dick? Or at the very least open your mouth when someone speaks to you? Curse my need to buy anime goods from people who hold contempt for me. read more

Cashier made me pay for an item that I didn't know the price of. I went to checkout and had handed her my twenty, and when she told me the price it was $19 and something, for a tiny blind box. I was facing my friends and turned back to her and said I had changed my mind (I thought it would be around $10) but she told me she couldn't go back because she already pressed the button and the system wouldn't do returns. But the register had not popped open nor had I been handed my receipt, therefor the transaction was not complete. I decided to be a push over and let it slide but in hindsight she definantly was being deceitful. She did not hand me a bag or a receipt either, so I can't call customer service to get my money back. I think she was being lazy to be honest and I'm mad at myself for letting it slide. read more

This is my kind of shop. I don't go to the mall for clothes or shoes like some people. I go for places like GameStop and Lego and Hot Topic. But this shop was unique and I hadn't heard of it before, so I had to go inside to check it out. I love cutesy Japanese imports; they make me smile. The shop is admittedly a bit sparse for the footprint it occupies in the mall-- it could clearly hold a lot more merchandise, but who knows what the situation is with the shop owner and/or supply. Regardless, I found three items to purchase and walked away happy! They have a solid selection of Japanese candies and treats. This is in addition to action figures, plush, keychains, t-shirts, collectibles, stationary, and more. The cashier needs a little more practice with customer service but he was alright. read more

The store is cute, and it is a place kids would like overall. However, we had a terrible experience this weekend. The young man, who was working that day was actually very mean to my son, who has special needs. My son's feelings were hurt for no reason. He didn't deserve that. read more

Hobby store focused on video game and anime merchandise. They have figmas, full size figs, posters, shirts, plushies, and a lot more. They have a lot but it also felt a little lacking to me, but regardless it's absolutely worth a stop in to check out their stock. read more

Definitely a great environment worth the long walk in the mall plenty of Gundam which I was looking for friendly staff 10/10 experience
