My wife had made an appointment with Eric, the owner of the business. We agreed on the date and he said he would arrive between 1:00 and 2:00. At 2:05 I contacted the company. Eric had forgotten to put the appointment on his calendar. So he came out at 3:00. As for the quality of the work; with the exception of one set of French doors which I had to dry, the windows are spotless! Any spider webs on down-spouts are no more. Well done (and it was under the estimated quoted price)! We decided to have the windows cleaned semi-annually (March and September) going forward. read more

Our windows extend 3 stories up and not the easiest to clean. We have had Eric our multiple times and love his meticulous work. It rained one week after he cleaned our windows and they still looked perfect even after that. We are so thankful to have found Monarch window cleaning! read more

Wore shoe booties while working inside. Tracks were cleaned very well. Screens like brand new. I had used Eric in the past and he always did a great job. This time Kevin came out and we were not disappointed. He was thorough, non-intrusive, and made sure we were happy with the results. Kevin arrived on time and finished in a timely manner. This time I had both the outside and inside windows cleaned and felt the cost was very fair. After Kevin finished the outside and inside, he went back outside and spot cleaned any missed spots. Our home is 2 story and on a slope in some places, with a vegetable garden just below the side windows.
