The cutest toy shop in all of Naples. It's very popular and has the latest and greatest toy which right now are Dumplings! We checked out the Legos, brio, and other cool items. We ended up purchasing some Lego mini figures (surprise boxes) and a brio remote control train. I was impressed with their selection of Legos and brio. The team are helpful and even gifted us a leprechaun seeing as though it was St Patrick's Day. Highly recommend checking them out! read more

This is a wonderful toy store jam packed with prime games, toys, crafts, and educational sets for the kiddos. It's well curated and fun to explore. So many fun and beautiful items. Helpful and friendly staff. Lots of great gifts and stuffed animals. Unicorns, dinos, Legos, Hey Clay, and all kinds of neat finds. I had just finished lunch at a nearby restaurant when I saw Pop Toy. So I "popped" in to look for some stocking stuffers. Pop Toy is a small store, a bit crowded perhaps, but my overall impression was positive. A nice variety of merchandise with good name brands. One female clerk (Sarah per the sales slip) was very helpful. She went to the stockroom and brought out a few items that she thought I would like. Sorry I wasn't able to make a larger purchase, but I will keep Pop Toy in mind next time I am visiting Naples. read more

Pop Toy is a true rarity. The owners are local and the business is family operated. As soon as I walked in a young boy (I'm guessing one of the sons) greeted me. He was nice enough to answer any questions I had and he was the sweetest to my kids especially my son aka the wild child. He was pushing a toy cart recklessly throughout the store and as usual I was trying to get him to slow down. The owners have gone to toy conventions all over the world, which clearly lets us know.... they know their toys. They have all kinds of toys - even collectibles! I love Pop Toy! I have 4 grandsons ages 6,5 &3! I have always been able to call the store especially during Covid lockdown and get help with finding toys and activities to suit their ages and likes! The manager even FaceTimed me and helped me virtual shop when I had trouble picking! I love small businesses like this and they are very knowledgeable about their products and also know a lot about special needs children as well. We dropped by for a visit. It's a cute, boutique toy shop. They have some interesting selections, but it's similar to Trader Joe's....it's great, but you still have to go to a regular grocery store afterwards. The selection is just not there and we ended up having to go to target afterwards. read more

This store goes over and beyond in customer service. Not only was each team member so helpful but also extremely knowledgeable because I walked in having to buy gifts for 3 children ranging in different ages and they helped with all 3. They not only helped with this they also shipped everything to 3 different places for me of which were going to 3 different homes out of state. They know their merchandise and can tell you something helpful about it. Try getting that service in any other BIG toy store! Don't waste your time. A friend recommended this store so I was excited to check it out and was in need of new toys for my daughters playroom. While shopping I was completely ignored by the emoloyee, I was pushing my daughter in her stroller and had limited space to put the items I wanted to purchase limiting me to what I could buy. The employee was on the phone the entire time talking about posts she was making on social media and the amount of engagement she was getting in return. I was looking for help as I wanted to get as much as I could and prefer to shop local when possible when I got to the register I assumed she would get off the phone and offer to help me. I asked if I should come back and she told me to wait and that she was almost done. At that point I couldn't believe the disrespect and lack of customer service so I walked out. Don't waste your time going to this store. The product assortment is decent but you're better off buying online. read more

I love pop toys so much as it is convenient and it's fun to bike too!! The staff are amazing as well the only problem i have is my friend and i keep buying slime and after 2 weeks it is moldy.
