The people behind the counter have changed a few times, but the experience is always the same, great, friendly, helpful service. It's been mildly busy a couple of times, but I've never waited very long and there's lots to look at so you would never get bored! If you save receipts, like I do for a company credit card, whatever payment service they are using auto-imports receipts to my credit card, which is super helpful!
