I found out I didn't have rental car coverage and it was going to cost me a lot of money to rent a car. Well Rick was able to schedule my repair when I was out of town so I wouldn't have to pay extra for the rental car. My car was also repaired earlier than what I was originally told all because they knew I had to pay out of pocket for my rental car. The repair was perfect! It looked brand new! A few months later my front turn signal went out and the way my car is designed it impossible to replace the bulb without taking the tire off, removing the battery, and going in through the wheel well!! Well I called Rick and he had me bring in the bulb and my vehicle and he squeezed me in a replaced it for free! He is a great business owner and therefore Axelrod collision is a great business!!
