I got receipts!! I ended up calling Rob back with the news and he said it was a dealer part so he had to get it from the dealer. I said at that much more of a mark up? Then I asked him how could he sleep with himself at night knowing that he's taking advantage of people charging soooooo much more!! And I told him God Bless Him. The front desk employee is unable to provide any updates, answers, or assistance regarding the status of my vehicle and appears to have no knowledge of what is happening in the shop. The owner is never available and has been impossible to reach despite multiple attempts. I was forced to pay $9,000, even though no work had been completed at the time of payment. I was also told that a lien would be placed on my vehicle if I did not pay, which left me with no option. As of today, no meaningful progress has been made on my vehicle. This experience has been frustrating, stressful, and completely unacceptable. I would strongly caution anyone considering doing business here to think twice and get everything in writing. She secured an appointment time during which I could drop the car off and informed me they would call when the car was ready. Although, they don't provide rental cars themselves, I was able to get a rental car at the nearby Enterprise. When I got the call that my car was ready, I took a look at the car, which was looked good as new! The only thing they weren't able to replace was the clear car door edge guard on the door that needed repairing, but that was a minor detail in the grand scheme of things. My car otherwise looked perfect! The quote and the price I ended up paying was the same, which was great. I working with Lee at caliber Lee kept telling me the wrong fender my car was ordered which made me keep the rental 32 days which I was 2 days over my limited to keep the rental I was given the impression from Lee at caliber he would get the insurance company to cover the 2days extra days I tried calling Lee st caliber he made me think he could get me the extra 2days but wasn't the case I had to pay out of pocket for the 2 extra days ..Lee was supposed to call and let me know if he could make thst happen unfortunately thst was not the case.
