Stopped here on a road trip and everything was bad about it. Popeyes is my favorite and this location was incredibly disappointing. Two items of our order were wrong and everyone in the restaurant throughout the duration of us sitting there for our meal (20 mins max) had a problem with their order as well. read more

I'm ordering on the app and some dude comes out and getting onto me because he thinks a 66 yr old senior can be treated the way he wanted to treat me, all bc I'm going to order in the app. No reason for any confrontation from him. Waited maybe 15 minutes to even take our order in drive through then the worker double checked what we wanted which was the same worker who took our order and gave us the the wrong side when we had double of one side and I said no pickles and received pickles and the worker seemed annoyed that we told him it was the wrong side i'm glad we looked in the bag for a straw or we wouldn't have even noticed that he didn't even care to look and just threw stuff in the bag.I've worked in food before and this was just crazy they are always very rude or mess everything up every time we go which is very rare but this time was just pure neglect and not caring whatsoever absolutely ridiculous! read more

There was a male worker here that took our order at the drive through and he was rude as hell. Very off putting, but the older lady at the window was kind. We passed by here on a trip back from our vacation, but I'm glad this is not our regular Popeyes spot. Food was good. read more

I have over 40 years of food service experience and managed my first restaurant at 19. Today my family wanted Popeye's chicken for dinner and it took over 60 minutes to finally receive (too include 30 minutes in the drive through with no help followed by 21:31 waiting at the counter for a 16 piece family meal that apparently now comes with a damn chicken neck). The chicken had no flavor and as mentioned above included a chicken neck that i haven't seen at a Popeye's EVER. Having ran many shops, the lack of employee assistance/work was shocking. The woman working the chicken did nothing but chicken, bare in mind while I was waiting inside only 3 people came in with orders and the drive thru might as well as been shut down. The kid that took my order didn't do much but tell the poor kid in the drive thru headset what to do. I brought it to his attention he only had 5 biscuits and my order required 8. When I let him know i wanted Mac & Cheese, potatoes and red beans and rice I was told they were out of potatoes so asked for 2 Mac & cheese. Would you believe I received 2 potatoes and the Red beans and rice. When I managed fast food restaurants counter pulled their orders and assisted in the back when slow. I could go on but I believe anyone reading this will understand this was a never going back experience. read more

I went to this location the other day and ordered a large Mac and cheese and I got home to find that they gave me a small. I called them and the manger said she would put me in her book to replace it for free, or I could turn around and go pick it up at the time. I told her I don't live in town and I would just co e up there and pick it up at a later time. Yesterday evening I drove the 20 miles into town to pick my Mac and cheese up from them and they told me they were out and they wouldn't make any more for that night because it was too late and they would have to throw a lot of it away. So tonight I made the drive again and same thing. They were out AGAIN, and wouldn't make any more. It was 7:00 pm! They would be open for another three hours and yet they wouldn't make any more. So I told them I wanted my money back and the MANAGER said she couldn't do it because she didn't know how! At this point, they can just keep their mac and cheese, I will NEVER be back and I will tell everybody I know not to go there! read more

The worst customer service. They have no idea what they are doing. You are better off get food from a gas station. Run away!

We returned a couple of days later when we noticed the lights inside were on. It was 11:10am & we entered & were promptly attended by an employee who was friendly. My wife & I ordered & received our order in a timely manner. The food was fresh & hot & we enjoyed the food. The eating area was very clean. Good job. read more

We waited for 3 kids meals and 1 chicken strip adult meal for over an hour and they were not busy!

This location just refuses to get it's act together. Just tried to order Blackened Tenders - their one and ONLY healthy option. This is the story I got - we are cleaning our fryers (at lunch time no less) and we can't make them. WTF? After having so many, many bad experiences at this location I will be writing their corporate HQ to make sure they know what a horrible franchise this one is. read more

This is my 2nd time at his location and both times have been awful. I sat and watched everyone that ordered after us get there food and some were boxes eat and leave before we even got our food. I went up and the manager on duty said we had to wait in chicken. I looked at this as we are waiting because you served everyone after us. Because of this the rest of the food sat and got cold. Public Service Announcement: If you are or know a local plumber or building contractor please make him aware the owner of this establishment which is a corporate owned business did not pay their ER plumbing bill for Circle C Plumbing after 5 MONTHS of a kiss and a promise from the local manager to the district manager and numerous messages left at the corporate offices.
