My family and I had a horrible experience at this location. We placed a $150 order on the app and they gave it away to another customer! After giving us the run around pretending they never received the order. Nobody was concerned about us not being able to get our food back or a refund. The manager kept saying we had to cancel a already paid order but when you asked for assistance on how to do so, she didn't know a freaking thing! None of the workers did actually! I would never spend my money here with this location again. It's funny because while in there speaking to the manager, my other family member seen live in action how they give out orders and not once did they check for validation or proof of a purchase on the 3rd party apps. In conclusion we didn't get accommodated for a mistake made by the employees. We have to wait 48 hours for a refund. Lastly nobody working in the place could give us a number to corporate or the owners of the establishment. All in all this Popeyes and it's employees suck! Sorry to say. read more

The Popeyes Luffy One Piece Bento Box is trash. The cake has waaaaaaaaaaaay too much icing and it has a cough syrup aftertaste. They forgot the lemonade which you can get regular or in a slushy form. I didn't get it at all. So I eneded up getting it redelivered once again ordering the regular version of the Gum Gum lemonade. Guess what I received, I got the slushy version I didn't ask for. So I'm like whatever as long as it taste good right? Guess what again... it didn't its so bitter with a hint of gum flavor. This was definitely a one and done not justified. Drive thru Window service wasn't an option @7p. Forced to come inside. I did. Pissed off. Witnessed one worker texting on phone behind counter, another walking around aimless, another getting drink and walking out too. Asked manager who was doing all of work (lots of chicken and biscuits ready to serve) why drive-thru is closed.. she said she let all her workers take a break AT THE SAME TIME thereby customers are inconvenienced and money is lost!!!!!! The last 2 times I went , they messed up my order and I had to turn around so they could correct it. They were nice about correcting my order. If you get sauce for the chicken tenders double check and make sure it's not opened. Both times at least one of the sauces was opened and wasted in my bag. In the meantime large black woman comes in and sits down with large McDonald's bags and is coughing up a lung and blowing her nose into her hand. Finishes her meal then goes into door to kitchen and cash register area a starts touching food! I ask for my money back. Ive been there by this time 30 minutes! The manager has came over..never says she is sorry for anything. Gives me most of my money back. Men in back.. no gloves. Preparing food without washing hands. People go in and out the kitchen. No gloves no washing hands. Some of us have immunity diseases and dont need added germs. This woman should not have came in to work. And certainly the manager should have told her to go home. Instead looking at her snot on her hands and saying nothing! Another thing. The manager does have on gloves but picks up money goes to drive thru cash register and is fixing food but never changes her gloves!. I wish I could rate it zero stars. This location needs to be closed down in my honest opinion. I could care less if the change I was supposed to get back is supposed to be six dollars or 0.60 cents, it still belongs to me. I had to get out of my car to go inside to get my drink and change then immediately asked if I had a receipt despite the transaction that literally happened 2 seconds ago. If I had it then I wouldn't been in there because I would've had my change along with it. The cashier balled up my receipt along with my change and had to stuck it in her pocket because she immediately left from the floor and I was waiting on her to come back. And another thing I want to add is make sure you tell the cashier what pieces or if you want it spicy or not because they can't do any changes to it if you get to the window. They act as if they own that food in the back and if it's like that then this will be my very last visit. This location has really gone downhill since COVID! The doors are always locked and the drive thru line will reach to the parkway. Today at 3:30pm we pulled up to find the doors locked. I saw an employee knocking to be let in. When he did get in they locked the door again. We proceeded to the drive thru because again this isn't anything new. We pulled up and instead of hello we were greeted DOOR DASH ONLY!! I was confused because how are you only open for door dash customers. We had no choice but to pull off because whoever was talking stopped communicating with me. Now like I said, it's a hit or miss with this location. But I've never been denied service. I wonder if the owners realize what goes on at this location because they can't be making money with the doors locked and only accepting Door Dash orders. If I can deal with workers turning the lobby into a daycare and the smell of marijuana as soon as I open the door, not to mention the attitudes of the workers and managers, you can at least sell me what I came to buy. The service is awful here. The workers need some training and can't understand what they put in the computer. I was enjoying the new drink but happen to go inside the location to get my receipt. The inside was nasty from the floor to the counter. There was a big roach coming from the kitchen. It was a older guy there not managing but talk to some other employees not bothered about the mess but said they were closed. The door was unlocked when I walked in. Other than the drink, they need to clean it up and start over. I couldn't eat after that. Health dept rating was 91 and that could not be possible. I was craving fried chicken, and this was the closest fried chicken place on my way home without having to do a lot of backtracking. They had a $20 deal - chicken, biscuits, and 2 sides. I used the drive-thru to order, and it really didn't take long to get my food. But when we opened up the package, I could tell the food was not fresh. The fries were cold, and so was the chicken. The skin was crispy at all. It tasted like it had been sitting out a while. I was there around 5:30PM on a weekday, so you would think that's a pretty popular time (the parking lot had several cars of patrons dining inside). Maybe I just ordered the wrong thing. 12/29 Just got home from visiting this location. Bunch of kids work here. Very unprofessional no type of customer service. I was given my food but not my drink. Had to get the attention of someone else just for the LITTLE BOY to come back to the window. He made the drink, it was messy and was filled all the way. When I asked can he wipe the drink off as he made it he told me no. Even if that's not something you can do you know what I'm trying to clean up which is your mess. Then tried to get someone else attention regarding the cup not even being full. Took 3 people at the window for that to even happen. When it come to these fast food restaurants yall need STRONG management in place not somebody who on the level as the worker #childish. Everybody need to be fired at this point. Worst Popeyes ever. I would give 3 stars for the food, but the service is so awful, it's impossible. The doors are open but you can't go in to order, and the drive thru line is ALWAYS long. And your order may be as ordered about 80% of the time. They should really start over with staffing, because it is awful. But I guess management cares about as much as the employees care. After reading several reviews, my expectations were very low for this location, but I had a fabulous experience!!!! The two staff members working the drive thru were awesome! They were polite and joyful! It was a super pleasant interaction! There was not a long line for the drive through around noon (more cars did arrive after us). They quickly got us our drinks and food. Our food was fresh, hot and they got the order entirely correct. They were out of one sauce we requested and the staff member offered a recommendation for another sauce she loves. Now for the important things, FRIES! Y'all. These fries are good. They were hot and even waiting to eat them at our destination 10 minutes later they were not soggy at all! Crisp, flavorful. I'd say they are my favorite fast food fries! (We got a large to share between two people. Plenty for 3 even). Also, the blackened ranch is a must! May never eat regular ranch again! Ordered ahead online about 15 minutes prior to arriving and waited an additional 10 minutes bc apparently "it takes 15-20 for orders to get to the restaurant"? I must've beating the lunch crowds since the parking lot and drive thru was empty. The service isn't anything special at the drive thru to talk about, but the transaction was fast and I've got my food in no time. There biscuits be something I look forward to in my meal since it's always moist and never burnt. I ordered on their app online for the first time and I decided to walk to Popeye's to pick up my order because it was close by, but before I placed my order I checked to see what time the lobby and store closed. When I got to the store the door was locked and I knocked on the door no and responded. I walked around to the larger window and knocked on it seeing someone see me. I walked around to the door near the drive-thru and one of employee's tells me that the lobby is closed and I say to him okay, but I ordered on the app to pick up my food. How will get it ? It's already paid for? And a women comes in sweeping the floor with the broom and she says to me " You can't be in here the lobby is closed". I tell her the same thing How will I get my get order it says on the app that the lobby is open. She stares at me and she says " that's NOT my problem. The lobby is closed you can't be in here". I ask her again how will I get my food that has been paid for? She stares at me again and tells me that I need to leave. I tell okay, but that I'm going to need a refund first. She tells me that I'll have to take it up with them who I paid through but that I can go thru the drive-thru window to pick it up. I asked are you telling me that I have to go through the drive -thru and get in line with the cars to get my food? She only repeats herself that I can go to the drive -thru window to get my food. HORRIBLE SERVICE--INCORRECT ORDER I drove 3.7 miles all the way back from home because my order was totally incorrect. On the way, I called and after about 3 minutes talked to Cortez and he told me to come on. When I got there I asked to speak to him, he did not come. After about 5 mins and he never came out the front person tried to fix the order so I asked was he just not going to come out. The young lady called him again. He peeked out through the chicken and finally came out. He came out talking loudly about he just got there and asked what I wanted. I told him I wanted my money back. Me and my neighbor came to this Popeyes restaurant about a month ago and got so sick after eating here few months later. I had a taste for some popeyes which was a couple days ago 2/18/19 after eating here I got so sick came down with bad food poisoning a few hours after eating here at this restaurant.This is my second time getting sick after eating at this popeyes on center point parkway.Went to the doctor today 2/21/2019 found out that I do have poisoning will be my last time eating here.I'm still sick from eating here. According to the cashier due to the restaurant being a franchise, they do not honor any advertised specials. Maybe they would have more business if the owner wasn't trying to be so financially greedy. It's empty most of the time anyway. Because of the greed, I eat KFC or Churches chicken.
