Really, it wasn't bad but I ordered all white meat and when they brought the order up, there was a leg, back, and wing. Last I checked, the wing was the only white meat in that lineup. The cashier said it was all white...what a joke. Now add to that the 3 small pieces of chicken cost about $14 since it was the meal, it had too much batter...my guess was to hide the fact it wasn't white meat! This Popeyes located at Chipley Florida. It is the only one Popeye in the small town. At least it's provide a good fried chicken in this area. It is busy during lunch time. They got a lot of customer during lunch. I got that spicy nugget combo. It came with eight pieces. Also come with the french fry. The fry is very crispy. I like the speed of the kitchen. They able to get my order very quickly. The nugget is crispy as southern cuisine way. I have a very good experience. read more

Food and service paid for a meal $15.25, waited 23 minutes and still no food, had to leave because of appointment.

Went through drive thru and ordered a few combos. When got home fries on all orders missing. No Cole slaw. I call up there and the guy says I have to come back in to get the sides. We're 15 miles away at a relatives. I should have figured this is how things would be after hearing the laziness and irritability of the person at the drive thru speaker. Upon getting to the window the employee seemed like she didn't want to be there. The young long haired guy was nice that gave us the food. Other than that this visit explains all the 1 star reviews on Google. Get better employees that seem competent. These young bums with little to no work ethic make your location look bad. I didn't step inside the restaurant but I'm sure if I did it would probably make me cancel the order. Zaxby's is a much better experience. Enjoy continuing to be a 1 star restaurant in this town. This had to be my worst experience ordering from Popeyes. Employees taking order were very rude. With only one car in front of us, we were asked to pull up and wait for someone to bring our food out. We waited for over 15 minutes before going in and asking for our food which was sitting on the counter. When we got the food it was cold and not me employee even acknowledged us or apologized. My wife and I went to the new Popeye's in Chipley to get some chicken sandwich combos (the #8). I will never go back to this Popeye's. The rude young lady taking our order was arguing with another employee in the back. She was screaming at her. This lasted for about 30 seconds. She then finally asked us for our order and before I could answer she turned and ran towards the an employee in the back and started yelling and screaming once again. It was a surreal nightmare. Finally another equally rude young lady came to take our order but by this time we had enough and just left. This is a new Popeye's in the area and it didn't take long for them to run customers off due to the caliber of employees. This time was worse than the last. After my first failed visit I swore not to come back. Well I'm back months later and the service is worse. They asked me to repeat my order 4 times at which they had to change it. When I got to the window to pay they still had me to pull over and said they would give me a bunch of free stuff to make up for it. First of all Popeyes is still pretty fresh like brand new but I worked there for two months and yes theres drama back there and stuff but let's be honest where isnt there? Trust me if y'all were in our position you would realize it's tough and actually consider the fact that Popeyes is a busy company so of course it's going to get hectic.
