Drove through on my way at to work tonight and ordered a 3 piece with mashed potatoes. At the window this is what I was quoted and I paid, after arriving to work and digging in to eat a nice crispy 3 piece the disappointment set in. I now have here a sandwich and some Mac and cheese. My worst Popeyes experience in a very long time unfortunately. The drive thru service was fast, but that's where the positives end. I've gone to Popeyes for years on Tuesdays to get the Tuesday special. It used to be 99cents for a leg and a thigh. Today it's 1.99. I ordered 6 specials (6 legs and 6 thighs) but they gave me a 10 piece order which included thighs and wings. I didn't want these. Also, I got 10 pieces of chicken instead of 12. I'm throwing away chicken that will be just wasted. I still love Popeyes, but this visit was quite disappointing. read more

I just went to the drive thru tonight and they couldn't get it right. We ordered 3 sandwiches. 2 spicy and 1 classic but they gave us all classics. My bf went back to switch them out BUT STILL were giving us classics.ALSO not to mention they tried to just slap some mayo on one of the two we tried to swap and call it "spicy".He was mad to find after driving back and forth to get his sandwich's fixed, He only got 1 fixed. Great customer service, friendly and courteous staff, love the specials and like that they have fresh brewed tea, only problem is they don't have Splenda and I don't use sweet and low. I have gone two times around 9:30pm while working night and they are out of everything. 1st time I went for a meal and second time I went for dessert. They didn't answer the intercom at the drive thru so I pulled up to the window where the two employees were laughing. Food is generally good, but the service/staff is alwayssss rude. I go because it's across the street from where I work but the girls that take my order are always rude and talking to each other in the background, not friendly at all. Usually just a "can I take your order, ok is that all!?" And rush you to the next one. Some friendlier voices would be nice. read more
