We stopped here for food for a picnic in a nearby park with our dogs. We got a bunch of Chicken Tenders, Biscuits, Red Beans and Rice, Macaroni & Cheese and Lemonade. Almost everything was great! We loved the spicy tenders and the dogs loved their mild one's. I think Popeye's sides are the best in Fast Food. It's nice to have options other than Fries! The only thing we didn't enjoy was the Lemonade. It was watered down and tasteless. The staff at the drive thru was friendly, efficient and very impressed with our Dogs, especially Bernadette our St. Bernard. But they had tenders so I said fine, pulled ahead to 3 cars waiting for food, after 22 minutes the first car at the window had not moved, the car in front of me backed up enough to get out and left, I waited another 5 minutes and heard the car at the window having an argument with staff, I assume over the wait, and also pulled out. Literally had the drive through attendant outside in her car in a domestic dispute while still on the mic with the dispute blaring through the drive through speakers. This is after I had ordered my food and was told to wait in the parking lot and they will bring it to me. It literally took over 30 minutes to have my food brought out to me, which was not even accurate to what I ordered. Extremely disappointed with the service! I placed an order and had to wait in the parking lot for 20-25 minutes. The staff mistakenly gave my entire order to another car waiting for their food. When the other customer noticed it wasn't their order, they returned it to the restaurant. The staff then handed that same food to me. I requested a refund because I didn't want food that had been given to someone else, which is unsanitary. I waited another 10 minutes for the staff to process the refund. No apology was given, nor was any effort made to resolve the situation. A complete waste of time! read more

I would give this Popeyes half a star if I could. The employees have never been kind, the rudest and most lazy people I've ever seen. The store is always dirty, looks like it hasn't been cleaned in months. Went to popeyes yesterday. They are not busy and there is a reason. the staff are not friendly and the chicken sandwiches we got were handed to us immediately. The chicken was not even warm. The actual drive thru is a one way so you are locked in, until you are one or two cars from the only window. You can literally go to a a sit down restaurant in the same amount of time if there are just 5 cars in front of you. They weren't even busy. This is absolutely unacceptable. Boycott this place so they go out of business. Then after paying other cars behind me are getting their food first. I wish I could give a multiple negative star review. I went there today and ordered my food through drive through. I ordered a 16 piece chicken with 3 sides and 8 biscuits. Upon arriving home I see they didn't give the biscuits and they only gave 12 pieces of chicken. My mom called and told the store about the mistake and they rudely told her she could come get the biscuits. When my mom asked about the chicken they said "it was counted before putting it in the box." My mom replied with "so you're telling me I can't count?" To which the worker stopped talking to her and left the phone off the hook. We've been trying to call for 15 minutes now and the line is still busy.
