    Rock or biscuit
    Christina F.

Chicken tenders were very thin and small. Fries were stuck together in clumps and extremely greasy. Biscuit was inedible it was as hard as a rock. Now worth the money very disappointing. I hardly ever come here and I definitely don't think I will again.

How is this a 1/4 lb of shrimp?

Well today I went o Popeyes and drive thru and ordered 2 of the popcorn shrimp combos which it says and I quote a1/4 lb of shrimp ok? This is what we got in both boxes. That is not a 1/4 lb of anything. So I had to drive back there which is about a 15 minute trip or longer. They did make it right but my point is simply, check your drive thru orders before you drive off. The staff blamed it on a new person working. Seems to me that person wasn't trained very well on portions. Can't really speak of inside because my encounters were thru the drive thru. Won't be going back there anytime soon.

Big, spicy chicken breast. Mashed potatoes with apicy Cajun gravy. I always ask for extra gravy on the side. Great for dipping meat into!

Donishka, at the counter, was great! I was ordering online for the first time using the Popeye's app. Well, dumb me, I did not complete the order fully. Donishka figured it out quickly, I tapped the final button and my order popped up on her screen. Donishka immediately began assembling the order. She even carried the drinks out to my car for me! A tip: the first time you use the app you get free food. The hush puppy shrimp was delicious as were the spicy chicken strips.

My dog Knox making friends with the drive thru lady!

A few whole pieces, but lots of little pieces too I told the Bartender the wings were awful and she could just take them away... She gave me two options to have them remade or just to take them off my bill. She informed me that if I wanted them to be remade she wanted to let me know that it would be at least 12 minutes because they would have to drop a new order... That seems very odd that they would have to "drop" an order 12 minutes for wings... So are there wings now premade and frozen???? Previous visits, I don't remember the wings taking that long, but I could be not remembering how long it took for them to be delivered to me. Regardless, why would someone to either side of me get their food so much quicker... One side was bone in wings and the other person ordered sliders with pulled chicken/pork Yes, I think about this experience... The Bartender had gone back several times to check in my order. It said it should be coming up shortly... But I don't understand why it was still so cold and hard. It was like someone had forgotten the order or she didn't see it but for whatever reason, the food was a total disaster.. I may give them another try in a week or two but gosh, what a total fail this visit was to my opinion of Buffalo Wild Wings in Georgetown

Usually, I get the chicken and dumplings. I was celebrating getting a new job so, I got the ribeye. I ordered it medium rare. Unfortunately, the cut wasn't good. It was thin and had thick gristle, throughout. I assumed that I would need salt. I asked for flakey salt. The sweet waitress/bartender, brought me kosher salt in a nice container. The salt helped! However, the steak was too far gone to help. It was closer to medium and, again, the cut was bad. (Note: I didn't complain! I'm sure that if I would have, they would have done anything to correct it!) The positives? The green beans were AMAZING! Still a bit crispy and tasted great! The mashed potato's were good. I ordered an Old Fashioned. It was wonderful! The service couldn't have been better! I love the bar side of Wildfire! The seating can be private or meant for people watching. It's very comfortable! All in all, this is the place to go! The service is always amazing! I didn't enjoy the ribeye but, I'm a steak snob. Wildfire will always be my "go to" spot! Sit in the bar area and you will get the best service! Edit to say that the regular bartender is fantastic! He always has been!

Awful customer service. Especially when making reservations…read more I go here a lot, because I like dry aged steak, but I can't get over the customer service around reservations. As a combat vet, I feel uncomfortable AF eating in the middle of a tiny and cramped dining room. The dining room is so small and packed here that I'm surprised that the fire marshal even allows that many people to be sat in there. Still, when I ask for a booth and say that I don't want to eat in the middle of that tiny dining room when I make a reservation, I find it odd to be sat in the middle of the dining dining room only to see that there's multiple parties that were just sat in booths and haven't even gotten their drinks yet--like, they were just sat before us (and we were on time for our reservation). I think you could have a little more respect for your customers is all. For that reason alone, you're not worth the price of your half-baked pretense in my opinion. You get a one-star for that reason alone. On the quality front, the ribeyes I get are more and more consistently riddled with connective tissue and are hard to eat, with a lot of waste. Not exactly the quality of meat cut one expects for the price. Sometimes they nail it, but I'd say at least a third of the time my ribeyes are almost half scrap. The quality seems to be diminishing since I first started frequenting this place. So, perhaps your supplier sucks. Idk. Pick your meat better if you want to demand higher prices. I think I'll stop coming back at this point. 2020 Market has good steak, too. Only I haven't dealt with so much connective tissue in my steak there. And also, I haven't had issues with my reservations there. So you lose me to your competition after having gotten so much money out of me. Consistent quality and customer service could maintain such consistent regular customers in your sales. What a weird way to lose customers. Your whole business is customer service and cooking food well. Do better.
