When I walked in, a few employees were standing around behind the register, but none of them greeted me or even acknowledged my presence, acting as if they didn't work there. As I approached the counter to ask some questions about the menu, one of the employees - an African American guy - didn't say hello or ask how he could help, just stared at me blankly. After I placed my order, I noticed that another customer walked in, and the same employee who had ignored me suddenly greeted him warmly - only for me to realize that person wasn't even a paying customer, just someone coming in to use the restroom. Meanwhile, the cooks had already finished my order and placed it on the rack, but one of the Hispanic girls at the counter was too busy chatting with a coworker to hand it over. When I asked for some ranch, she responded with an attitude, making the whole experience even more uncomfortable. It's so small it's also very hectic. We ordered a three piece lemon pepper strips combo which was right. We also ordered a ten piece original Cajun combo which was wrong. Instead of Cajun I ended up with the original hot (-1 Star). I also ordered Cajun corn as a substitute for fries but still got fries and charged extra for the Cajun corn (-1 Star). I love this Wingstop location. Food is always great and well seasoned, only 20-30 minute wait which is really good considering it's all cooked fresh and they're usually very busy. The cashier had attitude, the tables were sticky with spilt soda on them, the cashier counter was so cluttered with cups laying on their sides and dirty receipts with bbq sauce on them. The soda and condiments counter was a complete mess and didn't even know what was what. I don't know how they pass their health inspections. My order of fries looked small had 10 regular fries and the rest were tiny fried crumbs from other people's fries order. Do not give this Wingstop location a chance, you will be waiting in a dirty store for an hour. I was warned by other people not to go but thought it couldn't be that bad, I was wrong.
