I gave it two stars because the sandwich was on point. What was not cool is that every other time I stop in this place they do not give me the extra biscuit I order. It's been multiple times now where they don't add it. I mean, I pay for it, and at $1.57 plus tax for a tiny biscuit which is already way too pricey,, it would be nice to have it places in with the order. I use to come here often but service has gone down the drain. The staff always seem to be moody and as of this moment I am currently up at 3:40am vomiting from both ends because I got food poisoning from them from my horrible food last night. So I stopped here last night while on my lunch break and surprisingly the gentleman was nice however when I made it to work and opened my food I was sadly disappointed. My rice was rock hard to my beans and rice, Mac n cheese was burnt and mushy and my 3 piece chicken was not even cooked. The drumstick was fine but the breast was not cooked at all and ultimately I ended up giving the meal to the alley cats at work. I arrived at the drive thru in the morning and just only me in line. I ordered the 12 piece family bucket. The gentleman that took the order had no personality. It was like talking to a robot. After taking my order, he said something which I couldn't hear then close the window. I wasn't sure if he meant to wait in the front, but I didn't want to assume and just waited by the window. Great service with big smiles as I picked up my online order. The easy app, great point system and rewards I accumulate, makes it worth our family's frequent visits for a nice free treat. The fried food has always been perfect for us. It is always hot and ready with little wait or problems with an incomplete order. We usually take it Togo but the inside store is always nice, clean and the customers look happy. If there were negative stars we'd give it. Made the mistake of ordering a turkey from Oakley Popeye' on November 3. We asked the young lady we talked to if we could pick it up shortly before Thanksgiving. She said yes and took our order and our money. I guess she did that for amusement or feel important because it was a scam. I went to pick up the order today, two days before Thanksgiving, I was told the turkeys on a first-come first-served basis. He told me the person that gave us the information was misinformed. While I didn't snap or go off I was upset and said so. They were used to it. They said the best they could do was give us a refund and needed the original card. It was my wife's card so I had to go get her, more inconvenience. When I asked , who said he was a manager, how would he feel in our shoes, young lady to his left said "I'm not you". That says it all. We took a chance and gave them our money and got used like a dishrag. We won't be back. We've gave them several attempts at good customer service. Why should we hug a cactus? I will never go back, and encourage anybody to never put their trust in this Popeyes. We did the same experience with the manager at the Stockton Popeyes a couple years ago. They are open for business! They were closed for dining in so we ordered for pickup. Another website says you have a choice for dine-in, to pick up inside or drive-thru. But Yelp seems to have the most updated information right now, they're only available for pick-up, drive-thru or delivery. When we arrived I went straight to the doors and it was opened. Of course my order wasn't ready. So I had to wait. I saw a couple of things in the menu I hadn't seen so I ordered a couple more things. What was odd about being inside the store was, I didn't know I was allowed inside. One of the employees just went straight to the doors and locked it. So I was confused... No one said anything to me of what was going on or anything. Once I received my order I asked the cashier if they were closing or if the dining area was closed. He said "oh no one is allowed inside but since you were inside I just took your order." Ok that was nice of him but it would have been nice for them to just tell me what was going on. Instead there was a moment of awkward feeling. Anyway, got the food it was nice and hot but was not fresh. Not only did I have to wait for the food it wasn't even fresh. I ordered Apple Pies and Beignets (new) those were the best things in my food order. Sorry to disappoint all of you but I have no food pictures to share, they didn't look good enough for photography. Customer Service needs improvement no matter what the situation is. Need to communicate with customers. Otherwise there's not much to say about this location except for just come to the drive-thru, service might be faster :). At a bit after 4:00 on a Tuesday, with 3 cars ahead in the drive through, the line moved pretty quickly. Service was friendly & helpful. I usually go no mayonnaise but they warned me that all the spice in the spicy chicken sandwich is in the sauce, so I splurged. The chicken was super tender & juicy, the coating crispy & decadent. I love me some heat and wow, their spicy sauce really packs a punch. I appreciate that they don't over sauce their sandwiches, it was the perfect ratio and the pickle slices are a fresh acidic relief from the richness of the rest of the sandwich. read more

We were trying to purchase food using the drive thru. The prices on the screen kept flipping every second so we couldn't read the prices correctly. We order 1 meal for one kid and the price was coming out to almost $40. We had to go inside to figure out why the price was so high. To the manager or owner.
