Service is crazy slow. It took a while for anyone to come to the counter when I went to order. Once I did order it took a good 15 minutes to get a simple combo meal when chicken was sitting in the trays. Went in to get food for my wife and I I believe I order a four piece meal spicy with red beans and rice I got spicy for my wife also with side order of mac and cheese. The employee that waited on me was beyond friendly. She got on my order quick. The employees in the back where friendly too. Don't eat here. I stepped in after work, ordered an 8 piece meal to go. Saw about 5 orders picked up. My order still not done. 15 minutes went by. Employee said they ran out of classic chicken. (But I saw orders go out that clearly had that in their order). After 15 more minutes and another 5 orders going out, I finally got my order. 30 minute wait for 8 pieces. I believe Popeyes like other fast food restaurants prioritizes pick up orders like Grubhub over in person orders. Too bad they don't care about in person customers. I don't know what it is about this location... 0 out of 10, do not recommend. Last time we went we waited 30 minutes, after we ordered our food, only to find out they didn't even put our food in. I order blackened tenders, which has to be called to order, so that caused a longer wait to eat. Tonight, 2/2/2025, we waited in line, right in front of the register, for 10 minutes and was never even acknowledged. The manager on shift walked right in front of us, twice, and never said a word. Went here after class at 4 ish, barely anyone else was there and ordered a chicken sandwich with fries. 30 minutes after I was told to pull forward I was tired of waiting and went inside to see what the hold up was after complaining about the time it was taking a girl on her phone made the sandwich in less than 3 minutes. There were 2 customers inside the restaurant (not sure how long they'd been waiting) and 3 (including me) that had been waiting outside for our orders for over 20 minutes while no one inside seemed to care or remember the drive through orders. No one was rushing and no one had said anything about any delay when I ordered. My recommendation is only go here if you really want Popeyes, don't have time to go to another, and order inside. read more

This is such a terrible popeyes location. it's not really about the food but the service is AWFUL. they take 30 minutes to make an order for 2 people. they tell you to pull around or pull up because they need to make more of something and you can sit there for 30+ minutes. for a very small fast food order, that's ridiculous. they are also ALWAYS out of stuff. multiple sauces, tenders, sandwiches, fries etc... half the time you pull up and they list off half the menu that they are out of. also. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE THEN GO GET IT. it will let you order stuff online that the store is out of. they won't make subscriptions and tell you that you have to get online and cancel it and reorder. the refund also has to go through corporate and it takes weeks. it's all just ridiculous. if you can avoid this location, i would. read more

We first hit a Popeyes in Oregon which was the demise of our entire time there. Bravely once we returned we decided to give it one more go. Since we were in a different state, and closer to the south and all.. Was truly not disappointed; actually quite the opposite. We now come here at least once a week. I am however disappointed that they no longer sell the "bonafied box." But you can never go wrong selling the real cane sugar tea! Still one of the best fast food restaurants in the area.. I placed an online order with this Popeyes on April 6th, for 16 pc meal and 12 pc tenders. Total was almost $80. The website gave me several time options to pick up my order and I chose a time that was about 45 minutes later. I received an e-mail confirming the order and the pickup time. When I got there, at 4:40 pm, exactly at the time my order was supposed to be ready, I found the lobby was closed and I had to go they the drive thru. There were several cars ahead of me, and it took about another 12-15 minutes to get to the speaker. The man on the other end of the speaker asked what they could get for me, and I told him I had an online order for pickup at 4:40. He turned very rude and said they weren't doing orders for pickup at specific times. I told him I had an e-mail confirming the time and he got even ruder- even a bit angry. He found the order and told me it would be at least 20 more minutes on the chicken, and they couldn't fill the tenders at all (they had no tenders). I told him that wouldn't work (this was for a party with my grandchildren and I needed to be there by 5:30) and asked him how to get my money back (card had been charged). He told me they had nothing to do with that and I had to call the website. I asked if he had a number, he said no I have to figure it out. I said ok, let me look on my phone and we'll figure it out. By now he was extremely agitated and angry and told me to get out of line or he would call the police on me (so I did). There was no number or way to cancel the order on the e-mail I received, so I downloaded their app and lodged a complaint with their chatbot. Later that night they refunded the amount equal to the tenders, but never have refunded the $45 for the chicken, despite several emails back and forth. They don't seem to grasp that I received nothing- no food at all, that their employee was extremely rude, and threatened me. Kimberly waited on us and literally looked like she was the most miserable human on the planet, and it didn't get better with customers following us. A few times every year, my family and I go on a magical journey for Popeyes Chicken and Shrimp. Everytime we make this trek, we leave our home with a feeling of wonder and joy for the impending delicious-ness that we will be enjoying. There was one night they were out of drumsticks, all spicy and mild.
