We ordered the fish sandwich meal (there is a difference between a meal and a dinner). When it was served, I found about a teaspoon of tartar sauce on the sandwich. I went and asked for a side of tartar sauce and was told there was a charge. When I told the person behind the counter how little there was on the sandwich, she asked what I ordered (I don't know what difference that made). She insisted that she come look at the receipt saying "It's not that I don't trust you (Which means she DOESN'T!). she looked at the receipt and said "That's all you get, if you want more you'll have to pay for it." We paid for the side. The fish was not as good and the fillet was smaller than before. We were not pleased! It was no better than McD's! AND, by the way - if you qualify for a senior discount, you have to ask! We are 80 and our hair is very gray - it should have been offered. Will NOT be going back! read more

Great food and very friendly service! I came here twice during my trip, and was able to try a double Butterburger, a Pub Burger on a pretzel bun, fried cheese curds, pretzel bites with cheddar cheese sauce and a Chocolate custard concrete mixed with hot fudge and expresso. The manager, Donna, took my order both times and was friendly, patient and helpful as I worked to decide what to order. The food was fresh, very tasty, well portioned, and a great value! I'm originally from California and really like In 'N Out, but if I had the choice then this would be my new go to burger joint. They use fresh, never frozen, beef, like In 'N Out, but the have a much wider menu choice and their burger offerings are equal to--or better than--In ''N Out. That wider selection would keep me coming back, and more frequently. Fortunately for the waistline, and unfortunately for my tastebuds, there are currently no Culver's in California :_( read more

I've tried this Culver's location several times, and have concluded from the last two visits that it could use some retraining of staff/cooks etc. The single burgers were dry without any condiments, no lettuce, only pickles. This is the third time this has happened and the meat was totally dry. On the upside the fries are still good. Several visits ago, like a couple of years ago, I said they had the best burgers. I can no longer say this, and now Wendy's has a great single burger, juicy, with sauce, pickles, lettuce, tomato. Goodbye Culvers. Additionally, the fish sandwiches I've tried were greasy. We have had concretes and shakes in the past from this place that were excellent. Now they can't even make what you have had them make before!!! They tell you that you are wrong. I ordered an extra topping and didn't get it. We ordered a shake and was told it had to be a concrete- when they have made it before. Just go to the other Culver's not this one! read more

After a 4- hour shift of target, I needed this. I used to work at Culver's so I had very high standards. The establishment was very clean and I really enjoyed it. I got the mushroom and swiss and it was very delightful. I needed more from the manager up front on the register because wasn't trying to joke around but I needed more but I get it. This place is the worst. I go into their establishment & when I was telling them that their one door was locked they all stood there & looked @ me as if I had 3 heads. Then someone came around tried to unlock it but struggled to do that. I guess when need a degree to unlock a door. Haven't been for a while... stopped by, to get burger and onion rings, small. Turns into a convoluted mess since onion rings aren't what comes with it. So I said if it will add that much to the bill, might as well get the double burger for just small change more - get home, I've got the single burger. Food is good. It's a little more pricey than I would like. The employees are super nice. My biggest gripe is that I have to wait so long for our food. I have been there a total of 3 times and I have had to wait quite awhile all 3 times. The first time I went inside and got it to go and I waited like 15 minutes. It was crazy. This last time I sent my daughter to get her kids ice cream that comes with the kids meal and I had to go back to the counter 2 times and say something before she was actually given her desert. Only time we've been to Culver's and they were awesome! Will definitely be stopping back in. Andy had the Reuben melt and it was on actual rye bread! He had a bowl of the chili and said it was phenomenal. I had a cheese burger and fries. And it was so good! And the kiddo had a grill cheese and fries that she said was awesome! I was having a busy day and didn't have time to get home to my meal I had waiting in the fridge, I'm a routine eater(eat the same things over and over) and I had a chicken sammich waiting for me. I knew I wasn't gonna make it home for lunch so I stopped at the nearest place I hadn't tried, Culver's, now I've had chicken sammich from other places, Wendy's, sonic, chikfila, and it doesn't compare!
