I have the worst experience I've ever had in a restaurant or fast. I'm sorry I work as a mailman and I worked. I passed the Popeyes in Gulfport Mississippi every day.. I see the line is long! I also work in Wiggins and I see a Popeyes that they have five dollar chicken sandwich! I said one day I'm going to check it out, being that I see so many people so I wonder what's going on new at Popeyes! I stopped in Wiggins to try the five dollar chicken sandwich. The staff was wonderful., until I came across the assistant manager named Kristan or Chris! I was appalled by her leadership! I simply asked for lettuce on my chicken sandwich! She replies no we don't do that! I said you have it on your chicken wrap why can I get it on my chicken sandwich she goes on to say we don't do that corporate says no! I've never in my life visited a fast food restaurant where customer service goes out the window! I would love to speak to the regional manager about this particular employee! I did ask for my money back! But very kindly one of the cooks said I will buy your chicken sandwich for you and she put lettuce on it! I recommend not going to this particular restaurant or fast food should I say because of assisted manager Kristan or Kristy who doesn't know anything about customer service? Completely ignored me. Didn't even get to place my order. She took people in front of me their order then put a headset on started helping with the drive thru. Another lady who looked like a manager, came to the counter, thought she was fixing to take my order, but nope, she just started cleaning up bags and receipts that were left on the counter. Problem 1: Ordered 16 Pieces at drive thru that was 48.19. I got home and found we only had 10 pieces, the receipt reflected my 16 pieces, and I was charged for 16 pieces and only received 10. Problem 2: Receipt reflects 8 biscuits and there were only 5. Problem 3: I made repeated phone calls to the number reflected on website and the phone number listed on the receipt - which are different. No answer Do we always make it a habit of stealing from the customers? Do you expect repeat customers with this type of poor service and theft in my opinion? read more

Restaurant was really gross. The drink machine was leaking some awful smelling brown liquid. Ice was almost completely gone. The ceiling was covered in mold. Had moldy A/C water dripping on me while I ate. Chicken could've used a few more minutes to cook. Had great service getting my order made just didn't get all my order! Order 10 piece family meal with two large sides and a regular order of fries. Didn't get the fries that was a little over $2.00 just for fries I didn't get. And once home and realized they wasn't there it was to late. But the worst part is the chicken I got wasn't full cooked and several of us had eaten some before we realized chicken wasn't full cook. That just made us all sick with food poisoning. We sat at the window for 9 minutes waiting on food and were then told to pull over to the side because the cook wasn't listening and never dropped the chicken. This location consecutively makes mistakes on the orders and is famous for substituting mild for hot or hot for mild depending on what they have available and when you complain you get attitude from the workers as if it's your fault. I have never felt so disrespected at a fast food restaurant in my life. We waited 15 minutes for our food. We asked for jelly for our three biscuits, we only received two. When the manager finally brought us our food, she explained that customers are only allowed "one per biscuit". This would've been okay if we only had two biscuits. We also ordered an extra order of fries, but of course we didn't get them. When we told the manager this, she requested to see our food. We just spent $20 dollars on food and 15 minutes in the drive through so we had nothing to hide. So when she searched our food, she said it was impossible because she "packed it" herself. This woman accused us of stealing food. I'm never visiting this restaurant again, and I will be making a formal complaint to management! read more
