Unfortunately, the new storefront for the Willis Popeyes has not helped this location. Our last order will be the last time I order from them. I ordered online and still had to wait 20 minutes after I got to the store. The red beans and rice was very dry and burnt (both containers) and the rest of the food was cold. The fried pickles were terrible. I did not get a single sauce (should have been 2 blackened ranch, 1 Mardi Gras mustard, one cocktail sauce and one ranch). I called the manager and Sergio offered to let me drive all the way back to the store for the sauces and another order of red beans and rice. What a pity. read more

Well, I should have read the reviews, but when Chipotle across the freeway couldn't bother making food, we came here instead. Oops. Where do I start? The order yourself kiosks are awful. We tapped, we punched , we pushed, we hammered, and it would only work randomly. Wished I had literally brought a hammer. Wouldn't take Amex, because why? Signs said they do. Go to counter to get cups for our drinks while we wait. So, no unsweetened ice tea for my wife, she settled for a soda. No napkin dispenser, have to go to counter to convince someone to give me napkins, so I can wet them down to clean a table, since that doesn't seem to be in anyone's job description. (They have very few tables. I assume so that people can't eat there and will be pissed off somewhere else from patronizing this place.) "Working on order" sign with our misspelled name (thank you crappy kiosk) seems to stay on forever, so my wife goes to the counter to get the food. Her tenders were ok. When I asked about the side of beans she ordered her only comment was, "they were beans." Not good, not bad, just there. My Mac and cheese was warm. There to good news ends. The cheese was bland and lumpy. I tried eating it with my spork (really? Are we back in kindergarten fr9m the 60's?) but t couldn't choke down more than a couple of bites. Oh well, into the garbage you go. My spicy chicken-cheese-bacon sandwich was not the savior of the day. Cold bun. Cold bacon (cooked earlier and left in a container at room temperature for a while?). Luke-warm about room temperature -- at least it was cooked through and not raw, and not dried out. The cheese had that texture imply left out to long look and texture. Definitely not melting at all from the warmth of whatever they put together. The pickles were good. Three bites, and into the trash you go. I ate the pickles though. Try wife gave me a bite of her biscuit. It was good. So, summary: difficult to order, bad service, dirty tables, nasty food. Check. Recommendations: go through drive through and only order pickles and biscuits. Don't bother with h the sodas, get them at the Kroger next door and get more while paying less. Since service is slow, expect to wait for a while in your car, so bring entertainment. Not just for the kids, but yourself, too. Or better yet, save your money and go anywhere else, even if it means getting frozen chicken at Kroger along with the sodas, heat it in the microwave, and enjoy the comforts of your home instead of Popeye's dirty dining room. You could start by hiring a new staff, your manager and I assume assistant manager were absolutely useless. The only one that I saw do anything or help any customers with Damien and he was running the drive-through and taking food to customers The other gentleman working I'm assuming was an assistant manager. I'm not real sure, but gave me attitude when I asked to place an order because I am visually impaired, and cannot read the prompting on the screens to place an order which, according to them is the only way they accept orders Which he confirmed, and the giant sign on the counter, indicated that that was the only way to place an order. I placed an order for 22 piece combos requesting one be spicy one be regular with coleslaw on each When we received our food, there were no spicy pieces whatsoever I requested napkins. I was told there were napkins in the bag after unpacking the bag for us to eat in the restaurant. I found one napkin which he got up and went back to the counter, stood there for 3 to 5 minutes, waiting for someone to acknowledge me and they gave me three more napkins So my order was incorrect, which I was not gonna go stand up there again and request them to fix it because obviously that would've taken too much effort on their part but I most definitely will not be going to the Willis Popeyes again read more

We ordered on door dash since we had a busy night with kid stuff. Ordered two 5 piece tender meals. After the Dasher had WAITED 30 minutes I tried calling the store and got a voicemail. I waited another 5 minutes and called again - voicemail. Tried a third time - voicemail. We ordered at 6:45 and finally canceled the order at 7:30 after the Dasher said they told him they were waiting on a truck and then would have to thaw the food... We ordered 8 tenders and some fries .The customer service wasn't all that bad, but the wait has already been over 15 minutes . I get that's not like the end of the world, but it's long enough to park, take two kids potty, watch my wife eat her food, go back in to the bathroom myself , and sit here wondering how much longer it's going to be . I was admiring the DIY construction in the bathroom while I was in there . They forgot a lot of caulk and it did seem like someone's first time building a bathroom . It made me wonder what other corners got cut and how it passed inspections . It looks nice and new now, but unless they get a grip, things will start falling apart here. This was absolutely the worst wings I've ever had in my life. If they weren't dead before they started cooking them they would be because they would've drowned in the sauce. Seriously, saw the cook make his food and sit down to eat out in the seating area all the while cars are backed up, people are fed up and have already placed their order for food. I have kids in the car waiting to eat, while homeboy and staff are not even helping. If you need to hire more people and have horrible reviews on here then hire MORE help and DO something about it. Wish I would have checked online reviews beforehand, but didn't think to do so because it's freaking Popeye's, a "fast-food" chain restaurant. It shouldn't take you 30 plus minutes to get your food that's what a high dine in restaurant is. I will say, the lady who was working this evening was WONDERFUL. Super helpful and trying her best!!!! You could tell she get awful and was trying to do something about it, but seemed solo while 8+ customers were waiting. With as many people moving to this area, you've got to step up your game otherwise people will go elsewhere. If i could give ZERO stars i would. We went about 5-10 min ago and the lady in the window was very RUDE. We ordered extra ranch at the speaker & buffalo that COMES WITH the chicken tenders. We noticed there were no buffalo sauces with our order so we asked for some. The lady then tells us that they are out of buffalo. (Why it wasn't told to us that they were out when we asked for it at the speaker I'll never know) so we proceeded to ask for ranch to replace it for our tenders. She gave it to us but then began to get irritated and tell us she'll have to charge next time. My husband tried to calmly explain to her that we asked her to already charge us for the extra ranch at the speaker and the replaced ranches we got were to replace the buffalo they failed to tell us they were out of. She then said have a good day in a rude way then YELLED as we drove off "DONT BE RUDE" as if we ever were. I'm in the food industry and we are always respectful. I'm not sure maybe she was upset bc we took a little too long or what but if we were told up front that they were out of something we could've made the process quicker.
