We are headed back home and we decided on McDonalds for a quick drive thru breakfast. We ordered two Sausage Egg Cheese Biscuit meals both with sweet tea and one Sausage Biscut with Hazel Nut Coffee. The girl taking our order was a little confused but was very sweet and made sure it was all correct. We pulled up to the first window to pay the gentleman was very cordial and repeated the order before swiping our card. We pulled up to the second window and received our drinks and food. I tried my unsweet tea and it tasted like maybe the batch had been boiled to long or was burnt and my sisters hazelnut coffee was was extremely sweet and the coffee could not be tasted. So we parked and went inside to change our drinks and the ladies that helped my sister was very nice and helpful. They had told us the mix was made incorrectly and they made her a brand new one. I went to go get a hot fudge sundae from here and I asked for some extra hot fudge. When I saw the employee making it, he grabbed a dirty cup and tried to serve me ice cream from that. They said I could not wait at the drive thru speaker so I pulled around to window. They said I couldn't wait at window because they were on a timer (even though they were closed). The food was good and hot and the bathrooms where very clean. However, when we went to order, I ordered something and my mother wanted me to have something else, so I got it. We took five minutes to re-explain the order. And then at least another 2 to review the order. The cashier STILL MESSED UP! All it's McDonalds. You don't get it your way. You get it their way. By that I mean, you may have your order. You may not. It's only inevitable that the ice cream machine is broken. Rest assured it isn't, they just don't care to make it for the drive thru. It takes to much time, and knocks the speedy service out of whack. Be sure to call ahead before you go. And make sure Peighton is working. She's the only one who's friendly and out going. And will make sure your order is right. Heck the managers should learn from her. I swear this teen girl is the friendliest person I've dealt with. I bet she wrote the training for Chick-Fil-A. Why they haven't farmed her out, and made her an offer to come to them is beyond me. read more

My 14 year old son, Jeremi and I got hungry on our road trip to see my brother, Gurkhas. When we went inside, i could only focus on the children playing. My son ran to the play palace and wanted to get his tubing on! Probably the greatest workout he's gotten in AGES. After I finished ordering, I saw him sitting outside the play place, crying. I look at the receipt and say, "This is not my order" and hand the receipt and card back to her.
