Stopped in for an ice cream cone last night around 7:00. Drive thru was backed up 10 cars deep, so we opted to go inside. What a lack of management and leadership! Inefficiency all around. One family came in behind us and left after waiting for around 5 minutes and never being acknowledged. My wife and I waited for over 15 minutes for 2 ice cream cones - nothing fancy...just simple ice cream cones. The cashier was inattentive and crumpling up napkins while trying to shoot them into the trash can. One individual was covering all of the ice cream responsibilities. Employees were loudly complaining about the manager for the customers to hear. All the while, at least 5 of us were standing there waiting for ice cream. No gloves were being used when touching the cones or cups. There seemed to be an issue of sanitization throughout this entire establishment. It wasn't packaged to go so we asked for it to be packaged to go. The worker at the front, put it in boxes and pointed at it. I think this location does a pretty decent job. There are a few more adults keeping things running smoothly which is nice. This location tends to always have a decent amount of patrons when I come in here and they are usually all pretty friendly. Sometimes the waits can be a little longer, but other than that no issues! read more

I ordered a steak finger basket with fries & a caramel cannonball blizzard. My boyfriend ordered a chicken strip basket with jalitos & a banana shake. When I say all we ate was our desserts, the jalitos & a single bite of everything else I mean it. The steak fingers tasted like hospital meatloaf then when I tried his chicken strips there was no saving my tastebuds like really? How can you screw up chicken strips, they were dry & tasteless. The fries were depressing, the "toast" was lifeless. COVID mask problem at drive through window, man working 7/17/20 during noon rush was not wearing mask over nose and mouth, mouth exposed completely when speaking. Needs instruction about disregard of public health measures endangers any person he meets and all he works with. Mask discipline Intentional laxity also contaminates the entire food service area and makes this business a good place to avoid. He also rudely commented when I told him he needed to properly wear mask. Was not just my encounter, we observed same disregard serving the two customers preceding us. The ordering was a bit misleading because we were offered options without being told that there would be an extra cost. For example, onion rings instead of fries .80 upsale. Drive up, someone takes my order in a timely manner, finally get to the window and pay, hands me my receipt and the dreaded words are uttered "can you pull up please?".. ARGH! Sure and we wait, and wait, 10+ minutes later food finally arrives, no apologies for the wait no nothing, no even basic courtesy just here you go. Now we good from bad to that much worse, how can food be overcooked and under cooked all at the same time, and why 5 minutes later is the food already cold? Chicken strips cooked until they had the texture of wood, vastly overcooked. French fries cold and completely soggy, way under cooked, and gravy that could be used for wallpaper paste, I get that gravy is supposed to be thick but this was straight gloop (utterly disgusting). So I paid well over $15 for two baskets that too way too long to make, could have fixed a flat with the rubbery overcooked chicken, and the food was already cold after a quick drive home. We made a visit this afternoon, hoping to get a yummy treat. I ordered a medium hot fudge sundae with peanuts in a blizzard type cup. My husband ordered a medium chocolate dipped cone. We had to say our order twice, then start over because the girl in the drive through just could not seem to LISTEN without interrupting. Anyway, she FINALLY got the order, repeated it, and it was correct. BUT when we got to the window for pickup, the order was incorrect. The sundae was in a flimsy plastic container that was in a tall plastic drink cup and had walnuts on top; the chocolate dipped cone was already melting because it took so long to get the change. We decided that we didn't want the order because it was not right! NO APOLOGIES, just gave us our money. Mind you, when we go inside, our orders have been correct, the people are much nicer and more accommodating. Maybe that is the difference. But my husband and I BOTH have noticed how people no longer are able to listen well to others and REMEMBER what is said. Suggestion: Train your employees on how to listen others! We live about 25 minutes from there so once we get home we realize the tacos are missing, the DQ Dude is missing and a Hunger Buster is in its place...I think they gave us someone else's order! If I could give negative stars I would. I've been here on about 5 occasions and I can honestly say something was messed up every time. Why I keep coming back I haven't a clue. But I will never be back to this location again. My order is the same every time, I get a jr hunger buster add cheese with a dr. Pepper and a chili cheese dog no mustard. The first time I came in they didn't add cheese or take mustard off chili dog. No big deal I didn't even bring it back I just dealt with it. Following time same order but they gave me a wiener and a bun instead of chili dog which I don't realize until I am home (about 5 miles away). I come back and they laughed about it took my plain hotdog and slipped some chili on it. I asked for a new one as that one has gotten cold by now and the lady rolls her eyes and makes me a fresh one. Today I knew better than to stop by but I did it anyways same order as always. Remembering last time I check chili dog in the parking lot before leaving, it was correct so I go on my way. Get home eat my chili dog then go to take a bite of my burger and it is 3 meat patties and two buns. No condiments or vegetables. When I tell manager what happened he didn't apologize just made rude and condescending remarks. This time I demanded my money back and I will never be back again. If I could give less stars, I would. We went to this location, knowing it was newer and had never had an issue before. My husband and I ordered two medium banana split blizzards. We waited for our order for about 10-15 minutes. Note: we were the only customers in the store. We listed to the employees talk about going out drinking and complaining about them making it a three drink minimum rather than make our blizzards. We finally approached the counter to see what the hold up was with our blizzards. The girl that took our order didn't even remember what we ordered. My husband decided we would rather just have our money back if in that time our order hadn't been made and had already been forgotten. Again, THE ONLY CUSTOMERS IN THE STORE. The girl who took our order refused to help us and another girl came over to ask what we wanted. We told her we would like our money back. She just walked off. Then the manager came over and asked how she could help us. We asked for our money back and she did so.
