This was the only first visit for my folks... my mom and I were in front of the business taking a quick selfie and one of the gals offered to take a picture for us. That's how kind and sweet they were, even for closing within 20 minutes! This was a memory maker for my mom and dad. I am really glad I brought them here.. Thank you all for being gracious for the last twenty minutes before closing.

The ladies working are always helpful, friendly, and willing to get you samples. There can be lines but they quickly get people to help out. The only pet peeve I have is parking. Which can get gummed up getting in, if people are slow about parking or backing out. But it's never a major problem and there is not really anything they can do to fix it, due to how the building sits along the road. This time I went crazy and 6 flavors home. Butter Rum - Great Cajun - A good standby Sprite (lemon and lime). - something unique. Carmel Nut - haven't tried yet. But sounds horrible Cheesy sour cream - decent but I think it's been better in the past. Pizza - my son's favorite.

Stopped by here last night while visiting the Christmas Chutes and we loved all the flavors we got!…read moreWe had butter, cheddar (my personal fav), mac and cheese, and bacon ranch. They all had A LOT of the flavor on them, so if you're looking for a lighter tasting popcorn, this is not your place lol. I've never seen so many crazy flavors of popcorn like banana and mac and cheese! The shop was bright, colorful, super cute, and clean. For a mini, 2 smalls, and 1 regular, we paid $38 after tax, which I felt like was a very reasonable price for the size vs quality. I believe it was the owner who helped us at the register and he was really nice. Someone asked him if the Christmas event brought extra business to the shop and he lit up and said something like "it has been outstanding," looking so genuinely happy for every customer waking in the door, which I thought was really cool to see. Wish we didn't live in CA and could come back more often to try more!

Normally, when you get roasted pecans, they aren't that way. The popcorn looked good, I didn't personally get any, but my cousin did. They seemed a bit overpriced. A small bag of popcorn was almost $8.00. It was a cute store and a great location. The employees were nice. I would go back again if I was walking down the street shopping there. I would probably get something different, but I would try it again. They had a lot of different kinds of candy and sodas. It's a fun little store.

Wow! Didn't realize we were staying in town on Prom and wedding weekend. Downtown crazy busy. Nick…read moreat the Compton recommended Blu. SO glad he did! Tenny was our waiter. Super job! Great recommendations and when the special we ordered was sold out we were able to change the fish for the same prep. Started with a blueberry margarita, which was tart but excellent. I like grapefruit (I peel it like an Orange and eat the wedges without sugar) so right up my alley. Even my wife (who doesn't like grapefruit) loved this drink. Had the Ceviche app. Really good. I am kind of a ceviche expert (have been eating it and a similar food called kelaguin all over the world) and this may be the best we have had in the States. We shared the lobster ravioli and a pecan crusted red snapper (the monkfish was sold out) and both were great. Ravioli was exceptional. Three pieces, shrimp and perfect sauce. Lots of lobster in the filling. The snapper which again was the substitute for the monkfish was light with a more subtle flavor but was served with really good mashed potatoes and broccoli. Unfortunately the ravioli came out first (had to change the fish so slight delay) so the strength of the ravioli flavor would have been better as the second shared entree due to the subtleness of the pecan crusted snapper. But really that is not a complaint. Tight rooms, packed with tables and people. Even so not too loud to have a conversation and everyone was super nice. We will eat here again next time we visit.

The presentation of the rolls was horrible--looked like it was made on an assembly line without any care for what made it onto each individual piece of the roll. The rolls also just weren't made well and many of the pieces fell apart after attempting to pick them up. Worst part of the whole thing was the embarrassing attempt to have lemon be apart of the rolls. The lemon slices were big and non-uniform--they looked like they belonged slotted on the rim of a glass of water not on a sushi roll. Instead of providing a nice hint of tartness, the lemon just overpowered any other flavor. Beyond that, they were just carelessly strewn across the top of the roll, so the coverage for individual pieces was laughable. Horrible experience. Up until this time, I would have been recommending Blu over Junto, but now I'm not even sure it ranks higher than Sushi House. Don't plan to be back anytime soon.
