I love the new location off of the square. There is more space to walk around, more chocolate bar options, and other chocolate themed goodies. There is a display case for truffles and other chocolate treats. They are also offering chocolatey drinks. I ordered a salted caramel hot chocolate which is the best hit chocolate I have ever had, with large pieces of sea salt giving it an extra Felipe's taste and texture. Such a wonderful shop with friendly people!! I love to support local businesses and this chocolate is amazing. If you purchase just 1 bar it's a little more $ than if you buy 4-5 bars (ask). The story behind how they curated their business is interesting (check out their website). They work with farmers all over the world & "pay above fair trade prices for cacao." Kyya Chocolate has the claiming right to be "the first Bean to Bar Chocolate Company in Arkansas." It's a little more expensive than a commercial chocolate but this is quality & it also makes a great gift. They have awesome packaging with Arkansas/Razorbacks themed so it's my go-to place for a gift for my out-of-state friends. Mmmm chocolate. I love chocolate! I have been a fan of Kyya or a while, whether it was going to their elm springs location (this is their factory, but it is also a store) or buying their chocolate at a local store. I remember going to them when they were at their very tiny location, which is across the street of their now location in elm springs. Anyways, I was excited to hear that they were opening up a store in downtown Bentonville off the town square. Kyya's story is a really cool one. Check out their website to read all about it, but long story short, they work with local farmers all over the world and they pay above fair trade for their cacao. They help farmers with their farming practices and help them yield higher quality cacao. They buy cacao from all over the world, and it gives each bar (from the country of origin) a unique flavor. It is so cool to learn about how chocolate from different environments and countries can have hint of different flavors. They will teach you all about it, just ask! They also have samples of all of their chocolate bars, so taste away! I'm a dark chocolate fan and have been impressed with theirs. I also like their hot chocolates and different chocolate truffles and treats (besides the bars). I recently tried a matcha chocolate and it was so good! read more

With the recommendation from a friend I finally visited this darling little chocolate shop. The employee giving out samples was absolutely delightful. The chocolate is so good and different and there are so many flavors that I didn't even know where to begin. They sell truffles and bonbons and chocolate bars and tea and coffee. They have hot chocolate and other hot drinks that are reasonably priced. It is located right on the Bentonville Square ! You have got to try this place!!! read more

Love the chocolates here! They have a bunch of different chocolates ranging from different % dark to fruity or spicy infused ones. You can get bars of chocolate or they have smaller confections/truffles etc. The service is friendly and gives good recommendations as needed. read more

Y'all... the milkshakes are seriously amazing! The thickness is perfectly drinkable and the combination of Guatemalan dark chocolate with spicy cinnamon wasn't too sweet and had a cool kick to it. I'll be going back to buy the cinnamon chili simple syrup to put in my coffee now. Yummy! read more

We did a mendiant making class and it was so much fun! As we made our chocolate disks as our sweet instructor gave us tips and told us about Kyya and the chocolate and materials we were using. At the end of the session, she gave us a tour of the chocolate-making machines and explained the whole process. The owner was so friendly, he hung around to chat with us about his company and answer any questions we had! A highly recommend this fun and informative experience, and the best part is at the end you have over 20 different chocolates to eat! read more

This shop has non GMO Free Trade products, primarily all chocolate. Visitors can sample each chocolate bar in stock. I sampled the 100% and two 88% bars. There is no sugar in the 100% - just straight up chocolate; no artificial preservatives in any of their chocolate. It tasted amazing but I guess I need a little tiny bit of sugar to enjoy my chocolate. The 88% bars have 4% sugar, which isn't that bad to me. These bars were exquisite. Full bodied chocolate using the same process to create. But they taste it differently. One has hints of flowers and the other cinnamon. Needless to say I purchased both bars. The service was wonderful, helpful, informative and professional. read more

I was in Bentonville for business and one of my fellow travelers recommended this shop. I stopped in quickly to buy treats to bring back to the office and I wish I'd had more time. The young man working there at the moment was very helpful and willing to assist with my choices --- and there are SO MANY different choices to make! OMG, by far THE best chocolate in the USA. I usually never eat milk chocolate because of all the junk other companies put in it, but this milk chocolate is amazing. The dark chocolate is also high end and incredibly tasty. The chocolate was given as a gift and wow, that and red wine together pairs perfectly. If you don't live in Arkansas, then order online, you won't be disappointed and you will never be able to eat any other brand again. We had a couple of Godiva chocolates before trying these, and there is no comparison. Kyya is supreme! I hope to one day get to there store, but until then, online will do! read more

AWESOME place to go!. They are so very helpful and allow you to sample the chocolate before you buy it. Bars are $6 but we got 4 bars for $20. I'm not sure if that is an everyday price or not. I haven't been to their store but plan to make a field trip with my grandson very soon. I get my KYYA fix at Allen's market in Bella Vista. I quit buying commercial brands and now exclusively get KYYA. It's the best around. Give yourself a treat and try any of the many varieties. My favorite is the Haiti 50%dark chocolate with Strawberries. I'm having some as I write this. Just another great reason to live in NWA. read more

I have been wine tasting plenty of times but I have never been chocolate tasting. I was floored at the variety as soon as you walk in. They have different percentages of cocao, from different regions. Yes, regions! So you can experience the subtle flavor notes from that growing region at varying percentages of intensity.
